Review:
I stayed for one month at Quotel Hotel Rajouri Garden, Delhi, and it was an absolutely horrible experience.

I stayed in a Deluxe Room but the service was worse than a budget lodge.

The floors were so dirty that my feet would turn black after walking barefoot.

There was no regular water supply, no soap, no shampoo, and no proper cleaning.

Bed sheets were never changed during my entire stay. When I asked, they told me there were no spare bed sheets.

No towels were given, no dustbin was emptied, and toilets were not cleaned properly.

They even removed the TV from my room without any explanation.

Midway through my stay, after taking full payment, the hotel cancelled my booking without any proper reason.

When I complained to the GM named Hardeep, he just stayed silent and offered no help.

The front office staff were cold, rude, and completely unprofessional.

This hotel is highly mismanaged and does not care about guests at all. It was a complete nightmare staying here. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel.
