Pros:

Μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ το σημείο που βρίσκεται το σπίτι! Είναι τρομερά κεντρικό και βολεύει στο να κινηθείς εύκολα στο κέντρο. Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και φωτεινό το δωμάτιο. Το κρεβάτι ήταν μεγάλο και με ωραίο στρώμα άνετο και μαλακό

Cons:

Δε μου άρεσε που την περίοδο που είχαμε κάνει κράτηση του σπιτιου δε λειτουργούσε το πλυντήριο ρούχων που παραδόξως το χρειαστηκαμε και αναγκάστηκαμε να ψάχνουμε έξω. Επίσης το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά στενό και χωρίς κλιματισμό ( είχε ένα μικρό αεροθερμο που για το μέγεθος του δωματίου ήταν ικανοποιητικό)

Great small clean room in smart location but not sure if it was good value
Pros:

Great location. Well equipped separate kitchen. Easy to find and access with clear instructions. Really clean

Cons:

No air conditioning/ heating so in march I was both hot and cold. Only 1 set of bath towels for 4 nights

Pros:

The location is perfect, no elevator in the building, the room is a bit tiny but comfortable and with everything you need, with big and beautiful living room, even on the main street but it is quiet in the room, highly recommend!

Very clean, good central location, convenient self-chech in.

Cons:

The street was unfortunately really loud. Lack of air conditioning is a minus, luckily it wasn't very cold on january, but I imagine in the summer it can get really hot.
The door of the building doesn't close correctly from the outside.

Moraria lá 😍
Pros:

Tudo bem cheirosinho, limpo e organizado! Localização muito boa, no banheiro a água é quentinha, deixaram água pra gente tomar perto da cabeceira da cama, eles mandaram todas as informações certinhas, não tive dificuldade pra entrar.

sehr zentrale lage und gute ausrüstung. die wohnung war sehr sauber

Cons:

es war ziemlich kühl in der wohnung, aber gut hatte es einen kleinen heizofen. am abend/ in der nacht war es aufgrund der zentralen lage sehr laut, aber ich als eine lärmempfindliche schlaferin konnte mit ohrstöpfsel problemlos schlafen.

Отличное расположение. Окна апартаментов выходили на оживленную улицу, но ничего не беспокоило . Хорошая звукоизоляция окон.
Было чисто в общей кухне
И в апартаментах, где мы проживали.
Есть профессиональный фен.
Выдвижные полки под умывальником..

Полностью оборудованная кухня.
В наличии даже блендер.
Есть чай , печенье, сахар .

Подробная информация по заселению.
Шкафы в комнате вместительные.

Cons:

Отсутствует стакан/ подставка для зубных щеток.
В душевой кабине жидкое мыло стоит на поддоне .
Стиральная машина не работает.
Отсутствовали капсулы для кофемашины. .Мы читали отзывы и приобрели заранее.
Один раз воспользовались посудомоечной машиной)), после использования просушили от капель воды,
на другой раз таблетки для мытья посуды исчезли)))) из шкафчика , где они хранились.

За сутки до выезда от администрации поступило сообщение от том, что мы должны оплатить ещё и по 4 евро за каждый день , за каждого проживающего. Но если мы это УЖЕ сделали , то проигнорировать ЭТО сообщение.
Хотя при бронировании было указано, что все платежи и таксы включены в оплату.

Beautiful apartment in the center
Pros:

Perfect position, right on Rua Augusta.
Apartment was always clean and the instructions to get in were very clear.

Cons:

It didn’t mention anywhere that it’s a shared apartment when in fact, it is. Living room and kitchen were shared with other guests of the house.

I would have left more than just one face towel and one body towel for a three nights stay.

Pros:

Very good location, it is in Centre of central Lisbon, very easy to access to everywhere

It is in central so until mid night especially weekend lots of performance, a bit noisy.
