Great located, but way to hot for the summer with only a ventilator.
Pros:

Great location, but on this summer days you can't open the window at night or is so loud to sleep,
Ventilador help but not with 34° and you get full sunn in the window from 3pm till 6pm.. so I wont come back because of this, also the shower has black mold around. Besides this was all okay, the washing machine was not working i think this should be announced on booking.

And amazingly the owner get to text me after this review that he wish I had more money for my 5 stars wishes, which where just basics. Not recommended.

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. La ubicación excepcional.

Cons:

Que esta ubicada en un 3° piso sin ascensor.. Pero todo lo demás fantástico, por lo que estuvimos muy bien.

Pros:

La gentilezza e la calorosa accoglienza di Patricia, che ci ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli in struttura l'ultimo giorno venendo lei apposta ad aprirci per riprenderli. La struttura è in una posizione fantastica per visitare Lisbona

Pros:

El lugar estaba muy limpio, y tiene una cocina compartida y un salón bastante amplios. La ubicación es muy buena, está en plena peatonal

Cons:

Por la ubicación había mucho ruido de la calle, y me tocó el 3er piso sin ascensor obvio. No pude dormir hasta q cerraron los restaurantes…Demasiado ruido y muy incómodo subir cuando vienes de cuestas todo el día. Cuando entré a la habitación había olor a tubería de baño y en el mismo no había ni un enchufe para la secadora de pelo.
No volvería a alojarme allí.

Pros:

Brutta esperienza.
Avuto l’indirizzo senza il no della strada e non mi rispondono al telefono. Ho perso mezza giornata.
Questo mi fa schiffo.
Ho preso altro hotel a l’ultimo minuto e mi ha costato caro.

Boa localização! Conforto do quarto! Cama grande!

Cons:

Não tem elevador e subir para um 3o andar com mala foi mais complicado! A porta do chuveiro não fechava completamente, por uma folga na parte de baixo, pelo que deveria ser fixado!

Μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ το σημείο που βρίσκεται το σπίτι! Είναι τρομερά κεντρικό και βολεύει στο να κινηθείς εύκολα στο κέντρο. Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και φωτεινό το δωμάτιο. Το κρεβάτι ήταν μεγάλο και με ωραίο στρώμα άνετο και μαλακό

Δε μου άρεσε που την περίοδο που είχαμε κάνει κράτηση του σπιτιου δε λειτουργούσε το πλυντήριο ρούχων που παραδόξως το χρειαστηκαμε και αναγκάστηκαμε να ψάχνουμε έξω. Επίσης το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά στενό και χωρίς κλιματισμό ( είχε ένα μικρό αεροθερμο που για το μέγεθος του δωματίου ήταν ικανοποιητικό)

Great small clean room in smart location but not sure if it was good value

Great location. Well equipped separate kitchen. Easy to find and access with clear instructions. Really clean

Cons:

No air conditioning/ heating so in march I was both hot and cold. Only 1 set of bath towels for 4 nights

The location is perfect, no elevator in the building, the room is a bit tiny but comfortable and with everything you need, with big and beautiful living room, even on the main street but it is quiet in the room, highly recommend!

Very clean, good central location, convenient self-chech in.

Cons:

The street was unfortunately really loud. Lack of air conditioning is a minus, luckily it wasn't very cold on january, but I imagine in the summer it can get really hot.
The door of the building doesn't close correctly from the outside.
