We got upgraded to room with beautiful view and the view was indeed stunning as well as room comfortable and clean. The pool is very nice also, we only wish the water was a bit warmer so the baby could’ve gotten into the water, but for adults beautiful experience and again wonderful view.
Breakfast was very poor. Food was cold and not really tasty. There were not many guests beside us so maybe that’s why it looked like they weren’t bothering too much with it. Also forest walking trail is not cleaned and therefore not approachable because of the frozen snow.

فندق نظيف فيه تناسق للألوان و الأثاث و فيه إطلالة جميلة على الجبل و مطعمه متنوع و متوسط السعر و لذيذ في كثير من أطباقة و فطورة متميز بتنوع جيد
الطاقم ودود و لطيف في تعامله.
كثرة التدخين في المناطق المفتوحة من المطعم و التي تؤذي غير المدخنين الذين لهم حق في الجلوس في الأماكن المفتوحة المطلة.
نعم الافطار جيد ، وهناك موظف كبير في السن اسمه عامر متعاون وأمين جدا

Guys in the restaurant was very polite.
The heating was off, the pool water and plasce eas cold sauna didn’t work properly,the breakfast first day was awfull on the second day day when there elwas plenty of guests its another story

We stayed at Tarcin Resort and were truly impressed. This place is a real hidden gem — ideal for anyone who values peace, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. The atmosphere is serene and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from the chaos of daily life.
The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean — you can really feel that hygiene is a top priority here. It’s one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in, and that alone deserves praise.
Every morning, we were greeted with a generous and varied breakfast. So many choices! And everything was fresh and delicious. The meals during the day were also top-notch — fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.
What made our stay even more special was the staff. Everyone was helpful, kind, and always ready to assist, with a warm smile. A special shout-out to Damir, Alen, and Adelisa — each of them made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference.
There was also a gentleman at reception whose name I, unfortunately, forgot — but I can’t leave him unmentioned. He was just as wonderful: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. People like him make a place unforgettable.
We also did a quad tour, which was a lot of fun and very well organized. The guide was professional and made sure we felt safe while enjoying the adventure.
Another thing we appreciated was that the hotel really listens to guests’ needs and preferences. You feel like you’re being taken care of in the best way.
All in all, I highly recommend Tarcin Resort. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax, enjoy nature, eat well, and be treated with true Bosnian hospitality, this is the place to be.
