Pros:

Amazing place, great nature and view from the room at Bjelašnica mountain. Hotel stuff is among most professional and kind we have ever experienced. For sure, one of the best (probably the best) hotel in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Naš kratki boravak je bio više nego ugodan. Osoblje tokom našeg boravka je bilo izrazito ljubazno, od dočeka na recepciji, konobara u restoranu do osoblja u spa centru svi su bili jako uslužni i ljubazni. Bazen je odličan, masaža je bila super jednako kao i sauna.
Hrana je bila odlična i raznovrsna, a soba čista i opremljena sa svim onim što vam je potrebno za ugodan boravak, mi ćemo svoj svakako ponoviti, idealan odmor.

Dodatno, sve je prilagođeno boravku s malim djetetom tako da preporučujemo dolazak i mališanima, našem se svidjelo.

Мы с девушкой остались в восторге! Отель превзошёл наши ожидания. Номер был просторный, очень чистый, аккуратный, с прекрасным видом на горы. Нам сделали приятный комплимент — овощи, орешки, фрукты. Кровать с blackout-шторами обеспечивала идеальный отдых. Персонал внимательный, принесли дополнительную воду по просьбе. В ванной всё, что нужно: отличный душ, гели, кондиционер, лосьоны. Приятным сюрпризом стал подарочный 20-минутный массаж. Великолепное SPA: бани, бассейн с джакузи и панорамным видом. Завтраки разнообразные: фрукты, выпечка, сыры, колбасы. Плюс парк, прогулки, конные прогулки. Всё тихо, спокойно, душевно. Спасибо за чудесный отдых — мы обязательно вернёмся!

Cons:

Рекомендация по улучшению завтрака: добавить безглютеновое меню и можно чуть лучше кофе. Так как потом мы отдельно днём покупали и кофе сварили другой, более вкусный.

Pros:

An absolutely amazing experience! The stay was truly exceptional in every way.
The views are breathtaking and create a very relaxing atmosphere.
The reception staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful with everything we needed.
The restaurant and café staff were also very nice and demonstrated a high level of professionalism.
It was a truly unforgettable stay, and I will definitely come back again on every future visit.

Sve pohvale. Osoblje ljubazno, uslužno i profesionalno. Ima dosta sadržaja za djecu, priroda prekrasna. Objekat čist, hrana raznovrsna, bazen sa pogledom na okolinu, saune, teretana, igraonica za djecu, prisutni svi potrebni sadržaji. Mjesto na koje se vraćate ponovo.

Very unpleasant. They not threat you the same when there is fewer guests and when the hotelmia full

The heating was off, the pool water and plasce eas cold sauna didn’t work properly,the breakfast first day was awfull on the second day day when there elwas plenty of guests its another story
