Pros:

Still old good Principe as many years ago. Very thankful to hotel, reception and staff for early check in possibility, very valuable and appreciate it.

Cons:

However it is 2026 and some things should be updated. Particularly, concierge service, which is OK, but needs more flexibility, less arrogance and customer oriented. I would definitely improve quality of shower gels, shampoo, etc. amenities quality or changed supplier, they are quite poor.

Pros:

I like the security of the hotel , it is very secure place . I liked mostly the bed , it was very comfortable, very soft .

Cons:

I did not like that you deduced hot dishes during the breakfast .
As for the guest who has an appointment, meeting and does not have enough time to wait for a hot dishes , it is very uncomfortable.
Before you had hot dishes in the buffet during the breakfast , also more selection of cakes now you digressed the quantity of sweets .
