Our stay at Hotel Principe di Savoia was truly exceptional and one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have had.
The hotel enjoys an excellent location, beautiful surroundings, and an atmosphere of elegance and luxury, but what made our experience truly special was the outstanding team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, friendly smiles, and exceptional hospitality. Every member of staff was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with kindness and enthusiasm.

We especially appreciated the remarkable care and personal attention we received even before our arrival. Our Guest Relations representative went above and beyond to prepare everything we had requested — and even more. The thoughtful arrangements, beautiful surprises, and attention to the smallest details made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued before we had even stepped into the hotel.
Throughout our stay, we felt that the entire team cared about our comfort and happiness. Their warmth, professionalism, and sincere hospitality transformed an excellent hotel stay into an unforgettable family experience.

Honestly, we could not find anything we disliked. Our only disappointment is knowing that the hotel will soon close temporarily for renovation, which means we will have to wait before we can return to this beautiful palace. Principe di Savoia has a unique sense of warmth, tranquility and elegance that makes you feel truly at home. We already look forward to the day its doors reopen and we can experience its wonderful hospitality again.
