Sorry but disappointing.
Pros:

We had a very nice, large room. But the beds seemed VERY OLD. And, in general the hotel seems a little tired - stained carpeting etc. We had just come from the St Regis in Florence and the difference was significant. The Dorchester was disappointing.

Cons:

Needs some updating.
