We were staying in Milan for my birthday. We arrived at the hotel and greeted with a very warm welcome at the check-in desk. Our room was upgraded and a lovely chilled bottle of bubbly and birthday cake waiting for me. The room was spacious and had the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a while.
The pool was lovely, just what we needed after a long day sightseeing. The staff in the spa area were helpful and polite, the view from the rooftop outside the spa/gyn area is breathtaking.
Only one thing, we had afternoon drinks in the delightful il salotto. Sadly it was spoilt by a couple of people (adults not children) watching videos on their phones with the volume up. No respect for other guests!

The staff the ambience and the location were all fantastic.
Bathrooms are a little dated and too small.
The staff, the location and the service are impeccable. The concierge is especially attentive as well.
Would appreciate the addition of an in room coffee maker.
