A more expensive than usual stay, but felt really spoilt, indulged, and treated well.
Pros:

The gym and spa were amazing, including the ability to link training to the App, the changing rooms, and the refreshing tea and snacks. The reception staff kept in touch on WhatsApp around things to do, but also after we left, on an enquiry around where to source their liquorice and fennel tea.

Cons:

The check-in time on booking was 14:00, when in fact it was 15:00.

В комнате было холодно, дул кондиционер прямо на постель. На мои неоднократные звонки в ресепшен и просьбы пригласить специалиста, чтобы выключил кондиционер и включил отопление, так никто и не пришел. Мы всю ночь не могли нормально спать.
Мы заказывали и заранее оплачивали test меню в связи с проведением дня рождения супруги. Несмотря на то, что мы при входе вручили gift card, официант не был осведомлен и пытался нам предложить другое меню. Это было наше пятое посещение ресторана за последние 3 года. Но меню нам не понравился.

Pros:

Eu reservei 2 dias no Principe di Savoia para disfrutar da experiencia. Sem dúvida que o Hotel é lindo, os quartos são fabulosos, espaçosos e para mim o melhor foi a cama muito confortável desde o colchão às almofadas aos lençóis macios.
A localização entre a estação central e o centro é muito conveniente. O transporte da shuttle do hotel para e de o centro também é muito conveniente.
O staff era muito simpático e prestável.

Cons:

Nós ficámos duas noites sem pequeno-almoço incluindo. Pela diária do hotel, esperavamos um atendimento mais personalizado e detalhado. Nas duas noites que ficámos a cama não foi preparada para a noite e nem a garrafa de água foi deixada no quarto as duas noites. Novamente pelo preço da diária nem um chocolate deixado no quarto.
Em relação ao pequeno almoço ficámos muito desapontadas. Pelo hotel que era e pelo preço de 55Eur achámos que tinha pouca variedade e em cima disso só se pode escolher ou os ovos ou as panquecas/waffles. E apenas um acompanhamento para os ovos. Para o preço e hotel, esperávamos mais abundância e generosidade do pequeno-almoço.
