It is a very affordable hotel and is great value for the money!
Pros:

The hotel is a great value for the price. It is clean and in very good condition. The staff is excellent, they are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were moved to another room after our sink fell out because it was only installed with caulking. The new room had construction going on above, and even after being told they would stop, it continued but was somewhat quieter.
The rooms are dark, and the kitchen needs better lighting.

Our friendly home away from home, overlooking the Bay.
Pros:

The studio room on the end of the building was very large and comfortable. Because of the Cartel problem a week before, not many guests were there and I was lucky to get an upgraded room. Thank-you! Towels were thick and soft and bed linens nice. The ability to hear the waves all night long was wonderful. The breakfast French Toast was delicious, as well as the afternoon Shrimp Quesadilla. Service around the pool was friendly, as always. The lagoon water was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. P.S. I felt perfectly safe and at home here.

Cons:

Though the furnishings were somewhat outdated in my room, 601, the bathroom tiles are charming.
It would be nice to have a couple of truck loads of sand deposited on the beach each year (how you could do that, I don't know), because it is hard to walk barefooted on the rocky shore and in the water. Wish you still had the pexi-glass bottomed boats to row out and see the colorful fish. Would pay a small fee to be able to use one.

Pros:

The beach was nice

Cons:

Noisy AC. No hair dryer, dead room phone, not resolved after 5 days of asking, minimal kitchen supplies, insufficient to prepare meals other than butter toast, inconsistent room service, inconsistent restaurant service, ( over an hour to get an English muffin with marmalade, it came with nothing), isolated, no where to walk about, patio door hard to move.

too many older people
Pros:

the stuff are so kind and attention is good.

Cons:

a lot of elderly people,i didn’t feel comfortable with that. They've been occupying the sun loungers with their things since 7am and not allowing other people to sit by the pool. This isn't fair.

Very comfortable and a really lovely stay.
Pros:

Right on the ocean. Lovely pool. Seven minutes by bus into town.

Cons:

Rooms could be a bit more updated and kitchenette needs a few more eating/cooking items

Not happy with the place and will not recommend nor return
Cons:

Room not as advertised missing fridge and microwave. Moved to a different room but not right away. Frequently no towels for the pool items on the menu unavailable for days at a time.

Pros:

We LOVED the location and amenities at the hotel. It was nice to have a kitchenette in our room, a restaurant at the hotel in case we didn’t want to cook, along with spa, gym and, swimming pool. We also were very happy with the cleanliness of our room, pool and, entire resort. The staff were very helpful and kind which helped make our stay so memorable

The highway could be loud during peak times of the day
