Bed was comfy
Noisy. Crowded and strange.
People was nice.
The sink was broken and shower brokeb water over bathroom. Price was £140 three nights quite expenent.

I didn't like the Superhog that was introduced after I had already made my payment and had to pay extra
Everything was excellent. Even had a microwave which was really helpful because of my schedule.
TV was tuned into kids channels so couldn't watch anything on stream and no normal tv channels
corner bath was very big and nice hot water
shower control broken and didn't get hot , left the water running for about 5 mins but still cold
Hosts were incredibly welcoming and super friendly. Lovely view and bed was fantastic. Got upgraded to the balcony free of charge as it wasn't booked for when we were staying, which was a wonderful surprise. Was super near to the hospital, just a short walk and there was a convenience store only a minute away with a delightful charity shop next to it. Also a salon right nearby which could have been very useful if needed.
Only issue was the number of stairs and realistically that's only a small thing which I only noticed because I'm woefully unfit

I've stayed here multiple times and Sonya is always accomodating and friendly. The room is very comfortable and always clean.
