Poorly, not newly renovated
Pros:

I liked that the staff were friendly and they had a quick room food service.

Cons:

Our room was located right next to reception so we often heard a lot of noise throughout the day and night which made it difficult to sleep. Worst of all was the condition of the bathroom that we found it, the door on the inside was heavily stained due to the shower being located right next to it. Additionally, the plumbing under the sink wasn’t properly installed which caused the sink the leak every time you used it and pressing the flush button of the toilet resulted in water leaking directly from it. We had to place towels on the floor to prevent the whole bathroom being flooded.

Pros:

This was a good choice for staying close to downtown Delhi. The metro station was just a 5 minute walk away, and they neighborhood was definitely nicer than closer into town. The rooms cooked our needs adequately, and we felt safe inside. The staff were definitely helpful and obliging.

Cons:

The mattresses were pretty hard for these western bones, and although it is certainly above average in terms of cleanness for the area, it isn't "squeaky clean". But, that is offset by it being very good value for money.
