l'hotel ha vicino vari ristoranti il servizio dall'aeroporto è stato ottimo bella macchina era puntuale al nostro arrivo e ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli stanza ampia ben rifinita letti e cuscini comodi nell'insieme non è neanche tanto distane dal centro ma la sorpresa migliore la colazione dove c'era di tutto dai salati ai dolci e bottiglie d'acqua a volontà personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Отел давольно старый уже , вроде бронировали делукс номер , но дали по-моему стандарт , завтрак к 07:30 нам нужно было уехать в 07:00 мы попросили стакан кофе но нам отказали , потом после того как начали ругаться сделали лансбоксы


В общем не советую , номера маленькие , матрасы жесткие

Отель находится в прекрасном месте!практически все находится в шаговой доступности!интернет работает отлично.персонал очень вежливый.завтраки очень вкусные

Distressing when I have to find alternative stay upon reaching Tashkent

Cons:

On the day im coming to Tashkent i was informed there is no room for me and told to cancel. When in fact i had booked months in advance.

Cons:

Гостиница закрыта. Там ведется ремонт до 00:00.
Заранее уточнила наличие холодильника.
При заселении в грязный холодный номер, холодильника не оказалось.
Окна в номере не закрываются.окна на шумную дорогу и торговый центр.
Переселили в другой номер, где до 00.00 не давали спать звуки дрели и молотка, разговоры строителей.
В номере сильно пахло канализацией.
Шумоизоляции нет.
Мыльные принадлежности были разбавлены водой.

Завтра весь холодный. Яичница не подогревается.
Зал не отапливается несмотря на стоящий обогреватель.
Кофе Алина не работает.

Бесплатного трансфера в аэропорт нет.
