Pros:

We like the location of the hotel it was amazing that it is few minutes away from the airport and from restaurants and mall. The staff is so helpful with all your needs. However, not all staff can converse in english but they are so helpful.

Cons:

There's really nothing to dislike about except of not changing the towels at least every other day and not daily collecting the trash.

Очень всё плохо. Остались крайне неприятные впечатления

Нас очень плохо встретили. Персонал был недоволен и вёл себя так, как будто мы им чем-то обязаны. Остались неприятные впечатления.

Cons:

Номер и общее состояние отеля оставили неприятное впечатление — всё выглядело неухоженным. Мы проживали на третьем этаже, а на втором в это время проводились строительные работы. О ремонте нас никто не предупредил, поэтому полноценного отдыха не получилось

Good location, great breakfast, clean and in general nice. But my specific expreince was not the best one.

I booked a room with a balcony, but at the day of arrival, we were informed that the rooms with balconies were under renovation and that it will be replaced with a better type of room as compensation. However, I was given a room on 1st floor, just next to reception with only window going just to restaurant of the hotel😡. Was not aware that such things are possible) although I am not very picky, but this was really bad point about the hotel. Probably will not choose it again.
