Was very disappointed of this facility.
Pros:

Location to the airport

Cons:

The facility was in very bad shape the door to the bathroom was damage from water, the cold water was not working, there was only 2 sets of towels and wend I ask the front desk for more it took them like and hr and that I because I had to called again. The size of the bathroom was very small.

This hotel help buoy our spirit after multiple canceled flights; thanks Embassy Suites.
Pros:

We loved that the restaurant was still serving at 10:30 PM. Also the bar was open.

We watched the end of the USA v Paraguay match and saw the the fourth USA goal scored. USA, USA, USA

Cons:

Nothing, had a good shuttle to get us back to DFW airport in plenty time for our flight.

Pros:

Had a great breakfast bar with omelets.bar with sausage bacon biscuits n gravy while.all still with a room.for cereals.yogurts etc. Staff all seemed nice spoke no english

Cons:

4 out of 6 elevators didn't work
.we had to.change rooms.3 times when arriving due to air conditioning not working and flooding happening in bathrooms upon arrival

Pros:

smooth check-in and check-out, room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

My shower would not turn on, and I had to get maintenance to come help. The noises outside at night were disturbing as well - sounded like cars racing at midnight and the airplanes on top didn't help.
