Location 10/10. Hotel 3/10. Not a good experience
Pros:

The location was excellent for my visa interview, as the hotel is situated right opposite the U.S. Consulate, definitely a 10/10 for convenience. The breakfast in the morning was good, and the attached restaurant was nice, though a bit expensive. The Wi-Fi also worked well.

Cons:

The room was far below our expectations. The bed sheets had noticeable stains that looked like black fungus. The TV remote was not functioning properly, likely due to dead batteries. The water kettle had rust inside, and when I requested a replacement, the reception insisted on cleaning it instead - however, the rust was in the pouring area, which cannot be cleaned effectively.

The bed was very uncomfortable. One of the side-table doors was broken and hanging loosely. There was only one small side table for two beds, and it also held the room telephone. The furniture overall felt dirty and of poor quality. It seems the Standard Room might be better, but due to availability we had to book a Twin Room.

The bathroom was extremely small. The shower/tap knob was very stiff and difficult to operate and clearly needs repair. The basin was also tiny - while washing my face after shaving, my hands hit the door and my head bumped against the overhead rack.

Additionally, the reception staff were not polite. They seemed annoyed that we arrived at 3:30 PM instead of the 11 AM check-in time. A warm welcome makes a big difference to a stay, and unfortunately, we did not receive one.

Overall good, but need to think in terms of check in check out time and complimentar breakfast time

Breakfast can begin a little earlier from 7.30 am in view of large numbers have come for US visa interview.

Pros:

Very close to the US consulate General, where we wanted to go. Good restaurants of all types around this property. Taxi and other fecilities are available at door step

The only advantage of the hotel was that it was very near to the US consulate.
Pros:

The breakfast was not so good.... the spread was limited and the service was ok. The tables were dirty and not cleaned after the previous night.
