Got confused about having to go to level 6 of the building to check in. Instructions could have been a little clearer. Nevertheless, the host was friendly and explained how to enter my room.

Very Good Apartment Strategically Located in ShenZhen
Pros:

Convenient location, comfortable bed & good room service cleaning when we requested.

Cons:

There were insufficient hook hanger in toilet & both rooms. Suggest to add on suction hook in both toilet & rooms for convenience of cloth hanging. There is also insufficient space to hang wet clothings as rack is too small. I suggest you can add additional suction rod on top at the balcony.

Good place to stay good value of your money
Pros:

the peoperty is very near to transportation hub, shenzen north railway station and the host will try to accomodate all your need

Good location; however, will not return. Was very dirty and unkempt.
Pros:

The flat is very close to the railway station and a mall with several restaurants and shops. Our family of 5 (three kids ages 6, 5, and 2) enjoyed the extra space for our two-night stay. The indoor staircase was a hit with the kids (brought a Slinky). The sheets and towels were clean and we appreciated the shampoo and body wash provided. The couch was comfortable and the hot water heater was nice and hot. They provided an extra pillow and towel when we asked.

Cons:

The flat was very dirty. I wiped things down because I couldn't handle how grungy everything was. There were handprints on the glass wall along the hallway and the shower curtain was moldy. I saw hair in a lot of places. The bed was really hard and I couldn't sleep well because of how uncomfortable it was; we almost left after the first night. We had to buy hand soap for the bathrooms. The Wi-Fi didn't work for the first 24hrs.

Lokalizacja. Super blisko do dworca oraz sklepów, barów, restauracji.

Cons:

BRAK! wyposażenia w kuchni. NIC!!
Wszechobecny smród papierosów.
Czystości brak.
W jednej z łazienek nie działał prysznic więc mieliśmy tylko jeden. Wiele rzeczy wymagających uwagi - drobnych napraw.
Cena była atrakcyjna ale jakość - BRAK! jakości.
