Spacious room, bed was good
it was not clean. Old sigaret bud in the bath room, very dirty shower (dropping chlorine pearls in the shower drain is not the same as cleaning old hairs and dirt) and the balcony was 'do not touch' zone.
Rooms are good for the tariff. Food is decent. Will be good if they install an exhaust fan in the washrooms.
Location is good. Staffs were courteous . Food quality was average.
Options in breakfast was not much.
It was kind of clean, but a lot of naphthalene balls and smelling of it.
There was no breakfast. Lot of rubbish in the starways, though the room was clean. Depressive environment
Staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave us all the information. The rooms were nice and clean. And the location was also in a very nice and clean area.
The bed were a bit hard and the room we got was a bit noisy because of the main street next to it. Otherwise everything was perfect.
The staff were helpful. The location was convenient for taking a bus to Shyambazar metro or ultadanga and go to the market.
The staff in the hotel were not prepared for our arrival at all even though I informed them of our arrival time a few hours in advance. They made us sit (along with my ailed sister) and discuss which room to allocate. We had to spend two nights in two different rooms because they did not think about the availability of rooms while accepting bookings from booking.com. When we arrived, they mentioned that the rooms were on a first come first serve basis, not what one would think when booking a hotel room via booking.com. Either the hotel management or the booking.com management should intervene and resolve the issue. This was a sheer lack of sincerity from the management.
Additionally, the hotel rooms are not clean and not maintained regularly. There is dust on the corners and hidden between the almirah, bed & wall. The curtains are dirty and we did not feel like touching them. The towels were not clean. The bathroom did not have proper toiletries. This is NOT a 4-star hotel. It merely qualifies for a 2-star hotel. Given the rooms and the management, the price of the hotel seems to be inflated by a factor of 3.

Spacious clean and very well located. The staff is super helpful and go out of their way to help. The restaurant next door is amazing and I went each night. Highly recommend!
