You don't feel like a guest in an elegant palace: you feel like the palace is yours!
Pros:

Lots of boutique hotels claim to be "palaces." This is the real thing, with a truly noble sense of color, of materials, of quiet elegance. I felt cocooned in an oasis of ideal beauty. Sophisticated staff and management make you feel like you're in your own home.

A very plesant stay in the center of Florence.
Pros:

A very clean and comfortable stay. The rooms we hade were spacious. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and service was excellent.

Cons:

Street noise was a bit much, but when you are in the center of any city it is to be expected.

Brilliant city break location

Pros:

Three nights in Florence was a special experience. I stayed comfortably in a spacious room and was comfortable because water and snacks were always prepared to drink. The omelet, salad, and coffee I order every morning were the best. Above all, the location of this hotel is really good, so you can walk around all the tourist attractions and stop by in between schedules to drink water and rest.

Cons:

The tap water smells a lot of chemicals like Lox and my hair is very rough. The tap water pressure in the bathtub is so weak that it takes more than an hour and a half to fill the bathtub. The breakfast start time is very late compared to other hotels, so if you start the schedule early, the breakfast cost may be a waste. In general, the food boxes given are not cooked products, but simple biscuits sold on the market, so there is nothing to eat.

Pros:

Tout! Un vrai palais avec une âme! Les propriétaires en ont fait un lieu privilégié, où l’on a l’impression d’être des invités prestigieux! Tout est parfait: l’accueil, le service discret mais très efficace, le palais par lui même riche d’histoire (15 eme siècle…), mais confort moderne! Chambre somptueuse, petit déjeuner excellent, beau jardin intérieur ( en été ce doit être très agréable de prendre son petit déjeuner dehors) l’emplacement extraordinaire à deux pas de tout! Pas besoin de voiture ou de taxi! Tout a pied! Et les restaurants ne manquent pas dans le secteur!

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Elegant, clean and well kept. Breakfast was AMAZING!

Cons:

The walls could be a bit too thin for light sleepers as it’s an old building. If you’re a light sleeper I recommend you contact the hotel beforehand so they can help you choose a suitable room. The noise from the street wasn’t a problem for our group.
