La situation du Palazzo est idéale .
Nous étions à proximité de toutes les choses à voir et des supers restaurant à proximité.
Le personnel souriant avec qui nous avons échangé en français (merci à eux pour leurs efforts)

Pros:

This place is wonderful. We stayed in the junior suite with the hot tub, and the space is ENORMOUS. The bed was insanely comfortable, bathrooms incredibly useful, and jacuzzi was wonderful to relax in.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast is one of the better ones provided during our Italy trip, and the room was spotless. Home run of a location, ten minute walk to everything except for the Piazzale di Michaelangelo. You'll barely need to leave the area as a tourist.

Cons:

Nothing, would easily book here again if I wanted to come to Florence. Its a little pricey but you get what you pay for so no issue there.

Красивый отель в отличном месте, но нам очень не повезло с номером
Pros:

В целом пребывание в отеле оставило у нас довольно противоречивое и, к сожалению, скорее негативное впечатление. Возможно, нам просто очень не повезло с номером — мы останавливались в Camino, и именно с ним связана большая часть претензий.
При этом у отеля есть несомненные достоинства. Месторасположение великолепное — до основных достопримечательностей Флоренции буквально рукой подать, практически везде можно дойти пешком.
Сам отель тоже производит интересное впечатление. Он действительно устроен как небольшое старинное палаццо: красивые интерьеры, много необычных общих зон, где можно посидеть, отдохнуть или почитать. Очень приятное место для завтраков во внутреннем дворике. Везде чисто, аккуратно и ухоженно.

Cons:

К сожалению, номер Camino оказался главным разочарованием.
Во-первых, он расположен ниже уровня земли. При этом путь к нему довольно странный: сначала нужно подняться на один этаж вверх, а затем спуститься на два этажа вниз. При ежедневных перемещениях это не слишком удобно.

Во-вторых, и это для нас было самым существенным недостатком, номер очень шумный. Окна выходят сразу на две стороны — на площадку перед главным входом в отель и на прилегающую улицу. Поскольку номер находится ниже уровня земли, окна расположены практически на уровне лиц проходящих мимо людей. В результате круглые сутки прекрасно слышно всех, кто идёт по улице, разговаривает возле входа или заходит в отель. Отдохнуть в тишине в таком номере довольно сложно.

Третья проблема — кондиционер. Он установлен на полу в углу комнаты и фактически охлаждает пространство только примерно в полутора метрах вокруг себя. В остальной части номера его работа практически не ощущается, что летом во Флоренции является существенным недостатком.

Наконец, Wi-Fi за всё время нашего пребывания так и не заработал. Мы обращались за помощью к сотруднику отеля, но решить проблему он, к сожалению, не смог.
