You get what you pay for, but a room like this should not be on Booking.com

Walking distance to train station

Cons:

The general feeling of unease and not being safe that I had about the wider building. Searching half a dozen lock boxes to find the right one, a label would have saved 10 minutes in the rain. Standing in someone else’s shower water as the shower didn’t drain, the mould on the shared bathroom ceiling and the need to do my own washing up before making a cuppa using the out of date lumpy milk that had been left out.

La chambre très bien, les commodités à partager ne m'ont pas convenu et ce jr là, nuisances sonores

La chambre prore et spacieuse, la localisation non loin de la gare

Cons:

La reservation sur Booking n était pas claire ; il est écrit que la chbre comprend des toilettes puis plus loin des toilettes partagées; donc "je me suis fait avoir" et ai été surprise d'avoir à partager la salle de bain et les toilettes L'évier laissé sale par la personne precedente. De plus depuis un autre apt (pas forcement dans la résidence) jouait de la musique très forte jusqu'à 1 h du matin, donc pas pu m'endormir avt, pas de chance cette 2eme fois dans cet hotel

Bon rapport qualité/prix - Communication avec la propriétaire
Pros:

L'emplacement non loin de la gare, la chambre 1 avec toutes les commodités, le frigo, le MO et la bouilloire sont indéniablement un plus pour cette chambre. L'amabilité de la personne à joindre et son aide éfficace.

Cons:

Un brunch sous la fenetre qui donnait sur un jardin (mais c'était le hasard) donc un peu de bruit ce soir là

Sejour agreable mais des choses a revoir
Pros:

La proximité de la gare est des station de metro.
Endroit calme et securisé.

Cons:

La literie très moyenne, la douche moisissure, la penderie vétuste.
La table ds la chambre pas utile et prend beaucoup de place( ce n'edt pas une table mais un bureau de travail)

Good location,shame about the noisy neighbour
Pros:

Excellent location. Good bed. T.v worked.

Cons:

Neighbour had T.V on very loud all night and was shouting at it until we left at 6.00 am after no sleep. Cutlery drawer didn’t open, it was jammed, so had to eat sharing a knife.Also oven didn’t work, lucky to have microwave.

Good price for a short night stay before travelling via London.
Pros:

The rooms had combination locks which is good safety for our stuff. It was clean, had everything you needed. Super easy check-in with good instructions. Very close to King’s Cross station (short walk) which is ideal for travel. Great price. Ample room in the bedroom for stuff. Even had a desk. Had a fridge and kettle too which is nice to be more private and not use the kitchen.

Cons:

I didn’t sleep well because the mattress was memory foam, the fridge was loud and the curtains let the light in. We could hear the other guest opening and closing doors, dropping the toilet seat down and talking. It’s not quiet.
