Unhygienic room and washroom. Overpriced and not value for money.
Cons:

Unhygienic rooms in executive suite. Not value for money at all. Washroom tap was broken and flush had issues.
The toilet seat was broken. This was the situation of the executive suite then you can imagine about deluxe rooms.

Towels had stains and hence were unhygienic.
There was no lift in the Krishna Villa. Washroom door has rundown. There were no toiletories. Had to call the reception thrice to get the same.


Over priced for what they offer. The rooms condition does not deserve more than 2k for a night.

Not as expected; disappointed; falling apart now management needs to take heed
Pros:

It has quite large and spacious family rooms. Restaurant is quite good.

Cons:

Location is bad due to the traffic restrictions you cannot take the e-rickshaws from the city to the hotel. The cleanliness was lacking, it clearly looks like their staff is not trained for cleaning properly. There was dust everywhere. The room we stayed in had paint peeling all over the place. The staff didn’t have the room prepared in time. The A/c didn’t work all night, the staff did not inform maintenance of my complaint. Due to the size of rooms and improper cleaning there are mosquitoes.
