Good​ location​ for​ stay​ when​ watch​ing​ the​ concert​ in​ Impact​ Arena​
Pros:

The​ room​ is​ clean​ and​ has​ big​ space​ for​ 1 person.​ Bed​ is​ comfortable, like​ it.
The​ location​ is​ very​ good.​ Just​ only​ 10 minutes or​ less​ riding the​ bike.​ I​ can​ call​ grab​ bike​ from​ Impact​ Arena after​ the​ concert​ -​ quite​ convenient.​ While​ going​ to​ Impact​ Arena, hotel​ provides the​ shuttle​ bus/van​ to​ take​ you​ to​ the​ Impact​ Arena.​ Good👍

Cons:

The​ room​ has​ no​ good​ smell from​ the​ toilet.​ It​'s​ better​ when​ staff​ used the​ air​ freshener but​ it​ still​ remained in​the​ toilet.​ 😅

A Basic Hotel
Pros:

The room was large but very basic. The general appearance of the room was somewhat dated. The hotel is under a high voltage electrical pylon. There is also a construction site within the property which starts machinery operations at 7am, not much sleep thereafter. The restaurant next door named Hidden Backyard is excellent for dinner.
