The bedsheets are with full of blood stains and other kind of wired stains. The rooms and bed were smelling so bad , floors are dust even the mat was with full of dirt . I booked three triplet rooms and they provided with some other kind of. The walls were all rusty and fungal . I reached at the middle of the night around 12.30 that I had no option to look for other rooms since i was with family . The photos in the website is completely falls . A best bad experience from booking. Com

I’m unsure why I was asked to submit a review, as I didn’t stay at the hotel during the specified time frame (January 11 to 13). However, I would like to share my previous bad experience with them. The only reason I booked this hotel was to ensure the Operations Manager would finally respond to my calls at the last moment, as he consistently ignored both my direct calls and those from OYO regarding my reimbursement request. I ended up canceling my booking the same day.

Here’s my experience: On December 22, 2024, I booked a stay at Super Hotel O Anayara, near Lulu Mall, Chacka, Trivandrum, for the Christmas holidays. Traveling from Calicut, a journey of nearly 300 miles, I received a call from the hotel mid-journey asking me to pay ₹9,424 upfront for two nights, claiming it was necessary to confirm the booking. Trusting them, I transferred the amount via UPI.

Upon arriving, I was stunned. There was no proper signage, no parking, and the hotel looked nothing like what had been advertised. I contacted the property, and a young boy came to guide us to the rooms. To my dismay, there was no lift, the entire place had a foul smell, and the rooms were located on the second floor. Since my wife cannot climb stairs and the condition of the property was unacceptable, I decided we couldn’t stay. I immediately requested a refund, but to this day, I haven’t received it.

OYO’s customer service has been of no help, and every time I contact them, I’m directed back to pointless procedures. In my opinion, this property and its management are completely fraudulent. If you are planning a trip to Trivandrum, avoid Super Hotel O Anayara, and be cautious when booking through OYO.

The property manager, who identified himself as Hussain during our last conversation, never answers my calls and ignores my messages, even after reading them. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I urge everyone to be careful when making payments without thorough verification.
