Very good, would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Super comfortable bed and pillow, and very soft bed linen. Perfectly clean room every day.
The breakfast was a good variety of hot and cold options, with very good coffee.
Very nice and helpful staff. The laundry option (free use of washing machine+dryer, ironing board) was a nice surprise.
The location was perfect too, close to the Expo center and next to a nice park and the ancient town.
