Wonderful stay in beautiful hotel
Pros:

Extremely welcoming staff; lovely room and facilities; good location close to centre (easy to get Ubers as needed). Beautiful decor. Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

It was very dark in the bathroom: really struggled to see enough to do make up.

Very cute but not 5 stars worthy
Pros:

Very cute and good location. Very friendly staff and they have a bathroom to shower when your flight leaves later than check out time, which is super convenient.

Cons:

Check in was a little messy , the mattress was super hard and you could hear so much traffic from the main road, as well as any sound coming from the hallway, so sleeping was not the best. The WiFi basically didn’t work for the whole night I was there.

Cons:

De kamer kwam niet overeen met de foto’s waardoor er geen balkon was. Je kwam terecht in een donkere kamer. De enige optie was dan nog maar bij betalen voor een upgrade naar een kamer met terras. De laatste nacht werkte de airco niet en konden ze hier ook geen oplossing voor bieden waardoor het ellendig nacht is geworden door de warmte.

I thought the staff were very friendly and engaging - that was my highlight. Comfortable rooms, very clean. Great location - central for the v&a etc. also liked that the hotel fees donate a proportion to a charitable cause

Außergewöhnliches Frühstück mit Saft, Tee Cappuccino soviel man möchte
Auch nachdem wir ausgecheckt haben, durften wir am Nachmittag vor Abreise noch mal Cappuccino trinken und Wasser trinken.
Außergewöhnlich gute Kosmetikprodukte auf dem Zimmer, wunderbar duftendes Duschgel und Seife

La gentillesse du personnel
La décoration
On nous a upgradé dans une chambre avec moins de bruit de la route, mais on pouvait quand même entendre les voitures passer. Je recommanderais d'investir dans du vitrage adapté.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité -prix, nous avons payé la chambre deluxe 1164 usd pour 2 nuits ce qui est très cher par rapport aux prestations et à ce qui est par ailleurs proposé à ce prix à Cape Town. Nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux et avons de plus rencontré quelques désagréments : climatisation bruyante, interrupteur derrière la tête de lit difficilement accessible , ascenseur en panne, pas facile pour la chambre au dernier étage. Heureusement le directeur a tout fait pour compenser notre déception avec un late check out …
Mais même en dehors de ces désagréments la
Chambre de luxe a un mauvais rapport qualité-prix .

Everyone was very nice, it was beautiful, it was safe and felt safe, having the hotel with transportation and booking for other accommodations was excellent. Having complimentary meals and always having something to eat or drink was nice

The bed was comfortable but there was a lump in the middle that kept us from being able to sleep next to each other

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Elliot, the manager was always taking care.
Very comprehensive introduction to the facilities upon arrival. Complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon.

We booked a sea view room and specifically checked that the beds would be extra long, as advertised (over 2 meters). Unf

Central location, very friendly staff!

Cons:

We booked the room with sea view, we also checked before we booked that the beds were extra large, it said in the booking +2m long, we got beds that were about 1,80cm long. We got changed to a room with larger beds, however this was on the road side that was very busy and a lot of street noise. As this room was also on the side with no sun, I believe the room never really dries out and it was a heavy smell from the humidity in the room.

An excellent stay with wonderful staff. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

The location and setting were great. It exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Lovely dressing gowns in the rooms and products. The food was also delicious. The highlight however was the staff - everyone was so kind, welcoming and attentive, and helpful when we needed it.

There was a strange smell in the bathroom.
The elevator didn’t work, but they put us on the highest floor.

Séjour au top !
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant, avenant, dévoué, vraiment top ! Et le petit déjeuner était très bien, riche et varié ! La localisation était parfaite pour nous !
