Very good. Limited availability in Cape Town at the time of booking and pleased with my stay.
Pros:

Location good and convenient for my visit. Staff are very helpful.
Room nice, clean and large. Would be nice if a mini bar available but minor detail.

Cons:

Nothing much. It would be helpful if food/snacks would be available if guest returned late.

Good ambience but can do more to improve the amenities
Pros:

Great location. You feel more at home. It does not have the hustle of a typical hotel. Very quiet and good for anyone looking for a quiet place.

Cons:

The absence of basic amenities like a fridge was a shocker especially at the location. Could not get ice. The flow of water in the bathroom was very low. Bathing was not fun

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel!

Das Personal und die Lage dieses Hotels sind toll!

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel!
Viel zu kleiner Pool, an der lauten Straße gelegen, somit nicht entspannend. Kein richtiges Restaurant.
Zimmer ohne Schallisolierung an der Straße viel zu laut!
Abflussgestank im gesamten Bad.
Aufgrund frühen Abfluges Frühstück zum Mitnehmen, welches aus trockenen Croissants und Blätterteigminiteilchen bestand, was nicht schmeckte. Nur der Apfel war genießbar. Wir hatten in anderen Hotels richtig tolle Frühstücksboxen (für Safaris etc), hier sehr enttäuschend für ein 5 Sterne Hotel, welches für ein tolles Frühstück gelobt wurde.
Wir würden es nicht nochmal buchen!!
