I had a very pleasant stay at Al Woodlands Residency in Ooty. The hotel is located very close to the beautiful Government Rose Garden, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing and evening walks.

The rooms were clean, neat, and well maintained. Housekeeping was good, and the bathrooms were hygienic. The overall cleanliness of the property was impressive.

The service was excellent. The staff members were very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. They responded quickly to requests and made our stay comfortable. Their hospitality is one of the best highlights of this hotel.

Overall, it is a good choice for families and couples looking for a clean and comfortable stay near the Rose Garden in Ooty. I would recommend this hotel for its service, cleanliness, and supportive staff.

Déception par rapport aux notes attribuées
Pros:

La personne de la réception, serviable et très patiente, qui nous a aidé pour notre route vers Mysore (itinéraire et durée). On lui adresse un grand merci.

Cons:

Hôtel quelconque et cher qui ne mérite pas 3 étoiles. Les avis laissaient penser à beaucoup mieux.
Hôtel surévalué.
Un toit-terrasse ou l’on n’a pas envie de s’installer tellement cet endroit est inhospitalier, encombré et pas digne de recevoir de la clientèle.
Pas de restauration sur place.
Réservation par Booking sans aucun prépaiement requis et pourtant l’hôtel nous en réclamait un pour parait-il confirmer la réservation. Nous avons été obligés d’appeler Booking pour les informer de ce problème.
