Cons:

The picture of the propertyفف doesn’t reflect the reality sadly. The cleanliness did not match what I expected based on the photos. The bed linens were old and had dust stains; when I asked a staff member to change them, I was told they had already been cleaned. During my three-night stay, the bath towels were never changed. The bathroom was also in poor condition: the faucet was leaking, and the bidet sprayer was leaking freezing cold water. Although I asked for repairs and was told the issue had been fixed, I discovered—to my surprise—that nothing had actually been done. The biggest problem I faced—especially on the first day—was the difficulty of getting warm water; the hotel relies on a single central water heater. To get hot water for a shower, I had to leave the tap running for a long time. Getting warm water from the sink tap was even more difficult, requiring the water to run for an excessively long time—a process that was both impractical and exhausting. Accessing hot water was even harder in the evening; on the first night, I couldn't get any hot water at all. When I spoke to a staff member, he told me to wait five minutes, but the water never heated up. This went on for over half an hour, with him repeatedly asking me to wait longer, until I finally gave up and went to sleep without having had a hot shower. The last point I want to mention is that on the checkout the receptionist kept pressing me to give them a 10 out of 10 review in booking before I leave

Pros:
