Most wonderful hotel with stunning views. The rooftop pool was a real surprise and treat. Absolutely loved my stay here. All staff were exceptional throughout the hotel and restaurant, especially Sourabh at reception who welcomed me and helped me book taxis. I’d highly recommend. Thank you to all staff for their kindness and care.

This hotel has been one of the most wonderful hotel experiences my husband and I have ever had. Firstly the hotel is in the perfect location, right in the centre but also in a very peaceful and quiet area.
The views from the hotel are absolutely unbelievable.
We were so grateful that on celebration of our honeymoon, the hotel surprised us with a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, and decorated the room, which was just such a beautiful and kind gesture.
All the staff were nothing but kind, caring, friendly and generous every single day. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and fresh every single day and couldn’t do enough for us. Manakshi was so generous and kind. They made us feel so at home.
We were so grateful for all of the staff in the hotel and restaurant.
There is an amazing restaurant and bar on the rooftop that looks out to the most wonderful views, and there is also a pool and a spa.
The rooms and the hotel are incredible cosy but also sophisticated in style.
The friendly hotel staff helped us with every single request, including booking taxis and advice on places to explore.
Do not hesitate to book anywhere else if you are visiting mcleodganj.
This is the perfect stay, we stayed 9 nights and could have stayed much longer. We will book this amazing hotel every time we come back here.

Very comfortable room. Very clean Restaurant was lovely and very good food. The restaurant staff were excellent. So very kind and helpful. Great views from the rooms too.

Perfect Location, Breathtaking Views and a Wonderful Stay

I spent a weekend at the Belvedere during a business trip. The hotel is slightly removed from the bustle of McLeod Ganj, yet still very close to the town centre and to the Dalai Lama Temple complex.

All of the common areas are very pleasant, and the rooms are equipped with everything needed for an excellent stay. The overall standard is high. The bathroom in particular was very well appointed, with both a whirlpool bathtub and a separate shower with excellent water pressure, which is not always the case when travelling.

The restaurant is also very enjoyable, with a wide choice of dishes on the menu, and the service is both efficient and friendly.

A special mention must go to the magnificent mountain views from the room.

The housekeeping team was particularly attentive and responded to every request very quickly and efficiently. There is a genuine sense that the staff are committed to making guests feel comfortable and well looked after.

The hotel is also continuing to invest in improvements and ongoing works, with the aim of offering an even more complete guest experience in the future.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel in which to rest, recharge and explore everything McLeod Ganj has to offer.
