Amazing views, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Everything exceeded our expectations.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.
Mr. Brath on the lobby is an excellent example of this.

Staying at Belvedere was very comfortable. We could see all the locations of Mcleaodganj with ease

Cons:

I know this property is expanding to have a pool which I really missed.
Management need to change payment tap for international cards NOT JUST LOCAL BANKS 🙏
This created quite a dilemma on departure 6 am today
I also offered to pay last night and reception said it’s not a problem paying in the morning early
Next time I will stand firm and pay night before when I have early departure and plane to catch.
Driver was on time but had to wait 45 mins for a payment method to be acceptable.
I was so distressed crying and worried my flight would not meet luggage drop off time
I initially arranged driver way earlier than needed so I could be at airport super early but this plan turned bad

האירוח היה מדהים מהרגע הראשון לא היה משהו שביקשנו ולא קיבלנו והכל עם חיולו ברמה הגבוהה ביותר החדר היה נקי עם ריח נעים דאגו להחליף כל מה שנגמר האוכל במסעדה של המלון היה ברמה גבוהה אכלנו שם כל ערב מנה של דג ושתינו קוקטיילים

Pros:

The location as our room with balcony had a lovely view of the snow cladding mountain

Cons:

The room was small, monkeys tried to open the window & were ferocious, you have to keep the windows closed

Overall good stay with great view from room, access to hotel is bit difficult
Pros:

The view from the room is good. Breakfast and dinner is ok, the taste can definitely improve.

Cons:

Initially we were given a room in the grould floor and not cleaneed, so had to ask for a change. Basic items like towels etc need to be asked. The location is bit odd, requires 400-600 meters walk uphill

Personel fantastyczny. Niezwykle miły i pomocny.
Widoki z tarasu przepiękne.
Pokoje bardzo komfortowe.
Jeden minus, w wannie nie działał hydromasaż, za tak wysoką cenę za pokój, tak nie powinno być.

The room with the balcony was very comfortable with a beautiful view

Cons:

One room had an additional small room which was not being used.

That room had no window..


A window would have made the room more comfortable

A fine place to stay in McLeodganj / Dharamshala. Great valley view from the room balcony.

מבהיק מניקיון, מודרני וחדיש, נוף מרהיב מהמרפסת, חדר מעוצב ומרווח. מיקום שקט ומעולה. כמה דקות הליכה מהשוק ומהמקדש.

Nice rooms, amazing breakfast

Cons:

Lots of construction work going on.. and felt like it was set quite a way off the main tourist roads - probably felt further than it was because it was raining when we were there. Also despite our party taking 3 rooms at a considerable cost, the hotel really let itself down by not, despite being repeatedly asked and reassured that it would happen, allowing our mini bus driver who was to sleep in his van, to borrow a blanket from them as it was unseasonably cold. Their reason being that the driver had not provided ID to ensure the blanket was returned .. and yet the van was parked outside their premises and we would undertake to ensure it was returned. This lack of generosity spoiled our experience unfortunately, not to mention having to drive home with a driver lacking in sleep on difficult terrain.

המלון שקט החדר שהזמנו היה עם נוף להרים, ארוחת הבוקר טובה, צוות המלון מסביר פנים ועוזר עם תודעת שירות גבוהה.
חמש דקות הליכה ממרכז העניינים

Cons:

לחדר שלנו הייתה מרפסת להפתעתנו גילנו כשלושה קופים במירפסת שאחד מהם נירה תוקפן, רצוי מאוד לא להשאיר את הדלת למרפסת פתוחה, אחרת אני לא מתאר לעצמי מה יכול להיות. חבל שאין לפחות דלת עם רשת שלא בטוח שהייתה עוזרת לקוף נחוש.
אנחנו השארו כל הזמן סגור ודיי התרגלנו המזגן הייה טוב.
כדאי לשאול עלויות של כל דבר לפני שמזמינים, אנחנו הזמנו שירות כביסה של כמות יחסית לא גדולה ולהפתעתנו גילינו שהמחיר היה חריג ביחס לאיזור כ 60שקל.
בחוץ המחירים זולים משמעותית קילו כביסה מתחיל ב 150רופי.
