Pros:

Room didn't have a pleasant smell breakfast wasn't upto standard I choose this because I stay at staysure and was quality compared to here no pool and that's a big no no for me staysure had pool plus hot tub I regret making the change this wasn't it for me 0 rating 😤😡

Was a great stay for my daughter and I. First time here and plan to return.
Pros:

The breakfast, the bar, peaceful, nice staff, and the holidays decorations were beautiful.

Cons:

Key cards were having issues our 2nd night, but they replaced them and no further issues.

Addressing issues when brought up and having front desk in order so that not being double charged would have gotten a be
Pros:

Exterior and public areas clean.

Cons:

Room had spider webs and bulbs not working in the room. The stay would have been good if these issues had been addressed when I brought them to their attention. Check out could have gone better if I had not been charged for the stay after I had already paid for the stay at check in.

This hotel was a good desl.
Pros:

The front desk staff was great! The breakfast was really good!

Cons:

Towels were not replaced after maid picked up dirty ones, we had to go to front desk to get more! Trash was emptied but liners were not replaced!

Pros:

Room was not ready for 2 hours. Smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Key doesnt work, staff has to let you in with a manual key everytime you return to the room. Ownerand manager is not fluent in art of hotel service and is running the hotel like a ghetto Mcdonalds instead of a chick fil a.
