Pros:

Very helpful staff who greeted us warmly and provided us a lot of useful information.
Suggest guests to add breakfast to their stays as there are few breakfast options in the nearby areas.
A new and clean hotel with big spacious rooms. We really liked the complimentary laundry service, the staff even helped to fold the laundered clothes neatly for collection.

Cons:

Hotel location is hard for taxis to find. Have to walk out to the road.

Home away from home
Pros:

Everything was upto the Mark, specially the staff at reception they go out of the way to help you, One lady at reception even orderd converter so that I can use my phone charger, as language is barrier for wifi pass word within 10 minutes she came up and connected my devices to wifi, other time boy at reception bought me a cold drink in lobby area
because machine accepted only online payment. Wish I could remember the names of staff at reception.

Cons:

They don't have smoking rooms but for so much comfort small sacrifices can be made ☺️
