Site dies not helping on Booking.com!
Pros:

Location: near Sunday Legazpi market. Next bldg Lawson's, nearby cafe like Coffee Project.

Cons:

Used to be Radisson, now converted to condo. Should be listing on AirBnB, not Booking.com, very misleading!

Pros:

The room was complete with all the things you'd possibly need during a trip—iron, hairdryer, etc.

Cons:

The only downside was the noisy AC. It was leaking during my stay.

Disappointing
Pros:

The lady that showed us the room was very sweet and she did a really good job cleaning the place, so it was welcoming.

Cons:

The floor the apartment was located on smelled so bad - of human piss and worse.
The concierge was not very welcoming and we had a hard time communicating with her about what time it was possible to check-in (we had requested an early check in on booking 4 times, with no answer).
The aircondition was quite loud.

Cons:

I've booked this room 4 months in advance as part of our honeymoon trip, on the day of check-in a few hours before check-in actually, they canceled our reservation due to "technical issues with our room" without giving an alternative room (even though there was availability) and literally left us in the street. We arrived to manila at 23:00 and had to look for a place to sleep. And to make it even better, they didn't refund us anything, making lots of excuses and asking for a philippine account to refund our money, which is insane because we are tourists, we don't have a philippine account and they know it. So here we are, almost 3 month later, with no refund and no answer. Just stay away from this place

Pros:

The location was good as it is closer to Greenbelt3

Cons:

The TV and WIFI didn't work well. Although it was not a major issue, it would have been better if the TV worked properly with good internet connection.

Overall great value
Pros:

Great value for money, comfortable and nicely decorated room and in a lovely hotel with welcoming and attentive staff. In a great location with a view of the park and just 10 mins from the greenbelt mall.

Cons:

The only complaint is that on this site it's named Radissons, but on the street the name of the building is the branded as Rossendale. This caused a bit of confusion. That's why I rated the location less, because it took a bit more time to 'locate' when I arrived.

Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Poor check in with confusion. Having to move to another room after check in. No telephone in room. TV only for Netflix. Booked for 3 people, one had to sleep on floor

Pros:

Tucked in a quiet,safe street in Legazpi area,just a walking distance to parks and major malls.( A very short walk to Legazpi Sunday Market in case you're around on that specific day of the week). Though not much of restaurants nearby.
The guards were polite and helpful.
The unit itself is spacious with very good lighting--it's one of those older condominiums with more space, including the balcony (compared to new ones that have sprouted all over the metro.) One could just hang out at the balcony overlooking the park. It's clean and not cluttered with decor. The host provided free bottled water, coffee and dental kits.

Cons:

I suggest that they take a look at the electric outlet for the stove, it's not safe with that condition.
Funky smell coming from the kitchen sink drain at times.
