A nice hotel that needs a bit of work to make it truly 5 star.

Great location and it looks like a really top 5 star hotel at face value. Big rooms, nice restaurant.

Cons:

Looks were a bit deceptive. The rooms were not soundproof. We had two rooms, in one, the toilet bowl leaked and needed to be fixed, in the other the shower head fell off as one of us was using it. It added up to a very nice hotel rather than an elite hotel. But very nice is OK.

Pros:

Very fast and accessible internet, lot of shops and restaurants around. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is always fresh. You can order omelette and coffee as you like. The staff is very friendly and service oriented. Most of them speak good english. Good place for business trips....

La ubicación del hotel es fantástica, la habitación es amplia y cómoda.
El desayuno es muy rico con buenos productos pero poco variado.

Cons:

El desayuno es poco variado y algo que nos pareció una descortesía con los huéspedes fue que justo a la hora en la que el desayuno terminaba, comenzaron a retirar absolutamente todo y dejaron de atender, a pesar de que aún quedábamos varios huéspedes desayunando.

Wir waren in der 34. Etage und hatten Zugang zur Lounge. Die Aussicht ist grandios, die Loungs liefert mit sehr guter Qualität ab.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überragend und eines der größten, die ich je gesehen habe.
