We enjoyed our stay and will choose it again.
Pros:

Shang Garden restaurant provides excellent dishes, we enjoyed dinner there. Fresh restaurant buffet breakfast has a wide variety of food to choose from. Hotel room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. Staff also provided good service.

Cons:

The sauna area is very dated, renovation is needed.

Vivi il cuore di Shenzhen a pochi passi dall’area business, parchi, ristoranti migliori e locali
Pros:

Posizione comodissima a pochi metri dalla Futian Railway e Metro, davvero strategico per visitare gli hotspot della città cosi come per essere serviti dai taxi o raggiungere in treno Hong Kong in 15 minuti. Struttura molto ben tenuta e con camere spaziose e con vista sull’area business.

A very central location, friendly and helpful service and an amazing breakfast spread. The room was large but I found them a bit old-school and fussy for my taste but it was comfortable and had a good view.

I had high expectations but it got shattered with Horizon Club experience.

Rooms were good and clean, location is comfortable, staff were reasonable,

Cons:

Horizon Club was a disappointment, 1st time I have seen that a 5 Star hotel Club lounge says that they dont have any more noodles to cook, My Wife and me were there for dinner and we requested to prepare noodles and we got a shock of life when the Hotel staff informed that they cannot serve as noodles are over. And it was not that we ordered after their scheduled working time. Not sure why I spent extra money and choose for a Horizon Club access.

Needs some work on air conditioning if you have hot days as we did, they did move us but the next room was a little better but still too hot at night, was uncomfortable. Needs an update on carpets from rooms to elevators.
