Pros:

A localização é boa para a vista da serra e o café da manhã estava no padrão aceitável. A limpeza do QUARTO estava adequada apesar de haver muitos insetos

Cons:

O quarto duplo é péssimo, não tem janela para a parte externa o que poderia ter melhorado a experiência de visualizar o mirante. A impressão é de claustrofobia colaborada pela cor amarela das paredes.
Wi-fi e sinal de TV a cabo é propaganda enganosa, não funciona nada no quarto 16 e em outras dependências. Uma lástima!!!
Piscina também é propaganda enganosa, não existe. O que há é uma piscina infantil onde presenciei um cachorro bebendo água.
O ambiente do café da manhã estava imundo de sujo nas mesas e no chão da noite anterior.
Funcionários não atendem na parte inferior das escadas!!! O hóspede se quiser que vá buscar sua refeição neste espaço.
Diária caríssima de R$ 300,00 no quarto duplo que não vale a pena.
