部屋が広かった。

Cons:

駐車場の区画にカラーコーンで封鎖しているのに、誘導スタッフが常駐していないので、通路に車を停めてフロントへ行かなければならないです。

仕事で女性1人での滞在を気持ちよく過ごせました。
Pros:

アメニティーも揃っていて、清潔感があり、大浴場も空いてて良かった。朝食が郷土料理や肉じゃがなど手作り感があり、味噌汁もとてつもなく美味しかったです。また山口に来ることがあれば泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。

チェックインの時、グループホテルを使い慣れてる人は分かるのかもしれないが、初回利用の人には機械利用を挟まずにキャストが対応したほうが感じが良いと思います。

次回、ホテルの選択を行う時には、他社を優先して行うと思う。
Pros:

朝食が美味しかったです。又、食事の世話をして下さる方も親切でした。

Cons:

フロントでお客様対応の職員の態度が悪い。朝の車両の出庫の際には、客の前でポケットに手をツッコミ操作するとか、サービスを提供する職種についてる自覚が見受けられない。
機械化し人件費を抑え、誰でも出来る仕事にしたい会社の考え方は解からなくもないが、サービスを提供する職種である事を、職員に徹底するべきではないだろうか？
