分かりやすい地図と笑顔で
Pros:

喫煙室でしたが、タバコ臭くなく、清潔な部屋でした。
1階の居酒屋が郷土料理も美味しくて、疲れて近場で早く飲んで寝たいときは、お店探す必要がなく良かったです。

Cons:

駐車場が満車でしたが、アプリの地図が分かりづらくて、場所を勘違いしてしまいました。
ホテルとは直接関係ないですが、1階の居酒屋の若い女性スタッフが愛嬌無くて、注文のときも、料理持ってきてくれたときも、笑顔が無くて残念でした。
もう少し接客対応のご指導よろしくお願いします。

ホテルとしては、冷蔵庫以外はいい

説明不足　ホテルの前の道が5車線もあるのに
一方通行　鶴岡のホテルの冷蔵庫に張り紙
冷凍庫ではない　アイスクリームは解ける
鶴岡と秋田では朝食の時間がちがう
おなじホテルアルファ1なのに　なぜ

良かった
Pros:

フロントスタッフが笑顔で迎えて頂き、親切な応対だった。
又、朝食も美味しかった。

Cons:

洗面所だが他の階か他の部屋の使用する音が、聞こえやすいような気がする。
