Pros:

В номере очень тихо, окна выходили на частный сектор, спали очень хорошо.Номер просторный, светлый, комфортная температура. Чистые полотенца и постельное белье

Cons:

Было не очень чисто: какие-то пятна на стенах и ковре.
Завтраки не понравились: кофемашина не работала, чая в пакетиках не было, стоял россыпной, но заваривать его в кружке не очень удобно, сахар закончился, вилки, ложки тоже приходилось просить- на месте их не было. Это при том, что народу не много было. Из еды : вроде и есть что выбрать- но ушли голодные. Больше на завтраки не ходили
Довольно далеко от центра, можно пешком дойти, но долго.э
Мы были с детьми, поэтому ездили на такси.

Вежливый персонал ,отзывчивая девушка на ресепшене по имени Лера .Очень чисто ,продуманно и уютно . Красивый и атмосферный двор, интерьер в национальном стиле.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and modern.

Staff were very helpful. Lera and Malik on the desk were very helpful and answered all questions. The cleaning staff were also polite and friendly.

Location is near the Osh Bazaar, but not near the centre. It was not an issue for me, a simple look at maps would provide the location.

Были приятно удивлены очень красивому и удобному номеру, учитывая прошлые отели в которых мы были не ожидали что данная гостиница нас удивит своим красивым этно стилем и самое главное удобными условиями. Кровати удобные, телевизор со смарт подключением и самое главное горячая вода с теплым помещением. Мы имели опыт с холодными гостиницами ранее, а данной гостинице мы действительно отдохнули от долгой дороги, благодарим девушку в ресепшене за гостеприимный подход к нам, это было приятно учитывая то что мы ничего не знали о стране и городе. 5 из 5

Friendly staff and value for money!
Pros:

I had a great stay in Akjola Hotel, the staff was super helpful and friendly - especially Lera helped me with so many things! This really made me feel welcome and added so much to my stay in Bishkek. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Cons:

It’s located a bit farther out, so getting around takes a little more time.
