Pros:

Comfortable, spacious rooms. Thanks for providing slippers, gowns, personal hygiene products; tea & coffee making facilities and small fridge. These were all very appreciated. Staff were BRILLIANT. They went out of their way to help us with all our needs. Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect for us. So easy to Yandex into the city centre, but also an easy trip to the airport. Thanks for organising a mini-van for us - it arrived promptly at 3am as requested so we had no fears about missing our flight. Gorgeous felt wall-hangings throughout the hotel - the decor was very beautiful. The felt slippers sold at the hotel made fantastic gifts for the family back at home. Wish we'd bought more. THANK YOU for everything!

Pros:

Классные, комфортные и чистые номера. Все выглядит ухоженным. Интерьер приятный, с местным колоритом. Кровать мягкая. Завтраки хорошие, стоит нормальная кофеварка. Есть своя парковка. Расположен относительно недалеко аэропорта. Можно оставить вещи в кладовке после выезда.

Cons:

Еда была все же еле тёплой.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Very convenient hotel amd staff is excellent. Very helpful.

Cons:

Need to clean the floor in the shower from the soap. It is slippery which makes it dangerous.

Pros:

Es war das beste Hotel in Bishkek. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Zimmer waren sauber (Standart Kirgisistan, nicht vergleichbar mit der Schweiz), schön eingerichtet, Frühstück war genial und sehr lecker und auch die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war super und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Haben unsere letzten 2 Nächte dort verbracht und auch der Flughafenshuttle am Morgen früh um 3h hat super geklappt. Sind sehr dankbar und hatten eine tolle Zeit im Akjola Hotel. Können es also sehr weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel ist auch in der Nähe vom Osh-Bazar.

Cons:

Es liegt halt in der Stadt, weshalb die Aussicht solala war. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Kirgisistan eher teuer, aber für das, was man kriegt, völlig ok.
