The price was good for 2 nights

Cons:

We booked through booking.com and it included air conditioning & breakfast but the manager was asking to pay extra price for both services so I had to call booking.com ,it wasted our extra time and we felt mental stress. my parents are old aged and the manager doesn't want to understand but after talking to booking.com they agreed with the same price. Even laundry services was also included but after asking the manager he said we don't have laundry service in this hotel .overall we were not happy with the service provided .
