It had AC. Lots of little extras like a toothbrush and pocket tissues. There is free coffee, tea, and lemon water in the reception area.

Cons:

There were ants in my room, and I found two on the bed. There was no other room available, so they gave me RAID to spray. They did not offer a discount and definitely should have. I was able to pull the bed away from the wall which is where the ants were coming from (cracks in different things hung on the wall) but I still had trouble sleeping knowing there were ants. The furniture is broken, (armoire shelves, chips on floor, desk, toilet). There is a desk, but the mini fridge is under it so impossible to make it a 'working' desk to sit at and compute. This place is dated.
My room looked out over the adjacent hotel's pool area and it was loud and I could not open my blinds withouth being completely visible to everyone.

Pros:

Me encantaron las vistas y la ubicación, pero es cierto que pagas el precio de la falta de tranquilidad. Estás en pleno centro y aunque el cerramiento de la habitación es excelente, la música del bar/restaurante de abajo se escucha, aunque cierto es que se respetan las horas de descanso.

Cons:

No se puede tener la ventana abierta porque se escucha todo el ruido del bar/restaurante, pero esto no se puede evitar, la ubicación es excelente y está llenito de gente cenando, comiendo... y hay música ambiental. Es necesario permanecer con las ventanas cerradas.

Aceptable muy buena gente atendiendo y desayunos razonables.

Cons:

Varias cosas, la climatización de la habitación no tiene posibilidad de manejo individual y se desconecta tras un rato, no pudimos dormir ninguna noche. Había que abrir la ventana y la humedad es muy alta y el ruido del bar las olas y de la calle no deja descansar.

La música del bar y la terraza la ponen a las 8:00 am y se escucha en la habitación como si fuera de la habitación.

Un refugio tranquilo frente al Cantábrico

Lo primero que enamora es su situación excepcional: justo enfrente de la playa y a un paseo del pueblo. A pesar de estar cerca de una zona con muchos restaurantes, el Hotel mantiene un ambiente silencioso y relajante, perfecto para desconectar. El desayuno en la terraza, con vistas directas a la playa, es sencillamente impresionante, con gran variedad de productos y una zona con plancha para chuparse los dedos. El equipo del Hotel destaca por su amabilidad y cercanía. La limpieza del Hotel es muy buena, algo que se nota desde el primer momento. Habitaciones cuidadas, zonas comunes impecables. Nos encantó que todos los días te dejan una botella de agua en la habitación. Las camas comodísimas.

Cons:

Aunque la estancia fue muy buena, hubo algunos detalles que podrían mejorar la experiencia. En el baño de nuestra habitación la bañera tenía jacuzzi y resulta difícil para entrar y salir por la altura, pero ya nos comentaron en recepción que existen habitaciones con plato de ducha. Echamos de menos una papelera adicional en la habitación, ya que solo había una en el baño. Otro aspecto a mejorar sería el acceso con llave al aparcamiento para el coche. Está situado en una urbanización enfrente, pero te dan una llave para acceder al garaje, que debes guardarla y devolverla personalmente cuando te vas, en una zona muy complicada para parar.
