Pros:

1.頂樓有無邊際游泳池可以看到雙子星
2.房間整齊、床墊軟硬適中
3.工作人員服務態度良好，現在改成自己入住然後工作人員來收款

Cons:

1.隔音太差，外面太嘈雜的話裡面一清二楚
2.電梯尖峰時間要等很久
3.冷氣空調若調整成大的話，音量很大聲

Is a good to stay when you have little expectation
Pros:

Overall is okay and clean. Meeting the basic expectation.

Cons:

The washing machine is spoiled. Spent whole trying to figure out how to retrieve the clothes from the washing machine as it is spoiled and locked.

The toilet will have a little bad smell

Nice pool with the view

Cons:

We booked for 5 people, including a child 14 years old. They didn’t provide a towel for her because she is a kid which was frustrating as she is not a baby and needed a towel as per our bookings. Staff was super rude when I requested the towel, we booked for 4 days and we kept asking for toilet paper as the only provided one by one.

Cons:

The Eaton Residence only opened in 2021 and is unfortunately not maintained at all. It's mouldy, run-down, dirty and broken. What a pity. The staff on site are incredibly unfriendly - you can only store your luggage on the day of departure for a high fee, which you can only pay in cash, and that didn't work either - they wanted to pick it up, but then didn't have time 5 minutes before. Service non-existent. Check-in details were sent in the last 10 minutes and only after several requests. The pool is nice, but people go in with socks, clothes etc. to take an endless number of pictures. Overall a very bad experience for us :(
