locals say la gensol hotel is the "best" there is in mamburao, so i guess we will stay there again
Pros:

the hotel is in a good location, it is surrounded by establishments such as 7-11, pharmacy, etc.

Cons:

1. the telephone listed in booking.com's website is not functional, it lacks one digit (for a mobile phone)
2. the sewage system may not be ideal, the fumes coming out of the toilet drainage is really bad, gives you a headache, in the room I occupied at least
3. the female staff are not so friendly, maybe they are tired.

Pros:

Easy to get around but no hot water in our room which they were aware of after so much discussion they move us into a smaller room with hot water but my booking was for a deluxe room and they don’t want to give us a refund

Cons:

I wanted a refund as i booked a deluxe king size bed but because there is no hot water they moved us in twin bed
