HAVE A BAD EXPERIENNCE

I liked nothing. There is nothing good to share.

Cons:

I did not like the hotel at all, as it was not value for money. I paid approximately ₹6,000 for two nights, and the stay was absolutely not worth the cost. The room had a strong foul smell, and the washroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The odor was so bad that it made me feel nauseous, and I even vomited.

Both the room and the washroom were very small. There were cockroaches throughout the room. The commode was discolored, with urine stains on the seat. The bedsheets were not clean and had black patches. Additionally, the location was also not satisfactory.

cockroaches in the room everywhere. Cleaner dumps your clothes in bin when cleaning the room . One of the staff at the reception is very very rude . I have to put him in place where he belongs.

Cons:

- old not so maintained building
- reception staff was not courteous and arrogant, was mostly busy on his phone
- rooms were not very clean
- linen were not clean and were smelling
- I ended up staying at another property despite booking this one

Stay was okay except I felt cheated.
Pros:

Breakfast was just okay.

Cons:

A better booking system is required. They gave me very small room not convenient for family. Then I had to forgo my booking, lost my advance payment and they charged me high price for slightly bigger room.
