The hotel is run by a criminal organization and beware of room 301. You will be robbed there like I was. They took my things, 400 euros and 67,000 pesos. The police do not react because they are also involved and get their share. Run away from that hotel so they don't capture you and take everything of value from you. If a "party" is being prepared in the background, it means that soon you will be on stage and the community is preparing a sweet surprise for you. Of course, they do everything with your money that they previously stole from your room. The first police station is in symbiotic relationship with the hotel staff and manages the hotel. "MAMA" manages and coordinates from the police station and makes decisions on what to do next. Beware of their "emergency and first aid" too. Everything belongs to the joint criminal organization First Police station of GENSEN city and they are ready for anything. they are not cleaning our room. i know if they are cleaning properly or just fixing things. i requested to change my beddings and the rags but they didnt change it

There are no bedside table and you can read this comment from previous clients with the same complain that atleast there is a bedside table and a lampshade. Just to be aware, no window in the bedroom...I like a window to atleast look out. The water in the wash sink is like only a droplet. So so so slow. They should inspect this and improve. The Internet is good during the day but at night, it is very unstable. It keeps logging you off. I hope you take note of these and make some improvements because it is a nice building.
