Basil At Villa

Such a great welcome from our host Brandon and his team who did everything possible to make our stay on this beautiful island memorable. Jason made us some lovely breakfasts, it was a challenge to accommodate both a vegan and a vegetarian. Our two rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotless. The location close to Indian Bay Beach was near perfect and our various taxi drivers knew the shortcuts into Kingstown to avoid heavy traffic. This may not be the most luxurious venue on St Vincent but you won't find a more authentic island welcome than at Basil's.

Lovely location overlooking Young Island. Large comfortable room, good showers, good air-con. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice covered veranda bar/outdoor dining area.

Walking distance from several restaurants if you don't feeling like eating on-site. Walk out the back gate you've reached the sea. Walk out the front gate and you're on the main road with easily accessible public transport going in both directions. Room was well lit, spacious and well laid out with ample storage. Bathroom was clean and not too small with hot and cold and good water pressure. The air-conditioning worked well. Tea station with kettle was a nice touch. Desk in room was great for setting up work station and the WiFi connectivity was very good. Big comfortable bed and nice towels were provided. As a female travelling alone I felt very safe here. the staff was helpful and welcoming. Thank you Mr Wilfred 😀

I had an amazing one night stay at Basel at Villa and it was one of the more affordable beach front locations. It has a rustic charm and is, right on the beachfront with stunning views of Young Island. While there’s no direct beach right in front, it’s just a short walk along the boardwalk to reach lovely beach areas.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we were so kindly given a free room upgrade. The bathroom was clean, and we enjoyed a lovely side balcony with ocean views. There is an on-site restaurant. The entire place was very scenic and welcoming.
The host was very kind and made us feel welcomed. We had all the amenities we needed in the room, like a mini-fridge, TV, and coffee, tea supplies, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommended for its convenient location.

The staffs , manager , the waiters were very welcoming . The food was very good . Me and my husband was there from Friday to Tuesday .The room was very clean I will definitely come back

A great place to stay right on the water. Super comfortable beds, clean and well taken care of room and overall hotel. The restaurant was great too. Best Conch fritters that I have ever eaten. Friendly and attentive staff. I'll definitely stay here again.
