立地がよく夜遅くまで市内で遊ぶことができた！
Pros:

観光地のほとんどが徒歩圏内だった。夜遅くまで遊んでも問題ない。受付の男性が親切で、一人旅の私を気にかけてくれた。早朝出発の空港送迎タクシーを手配してくれたのも助かった。klookで予約したハロン湾ツアーの送迎範囲内だったのも助かった。

Cons:

部屋に小さな虫が飛んでいたこと。シャワーとトイレの間に扉やカーテンなどの隔たりもなく、トイレが濡れないように気をつけた。

Good for a short stop
Pros:

Central location, friendly staff, very convenient

Cons:

No windows in the room and a strange smell that lingered in the bathroom, slightly odd layout of the shower, you had to hold the shower head in order to not soak the bathroom

Cons:

The staff were the worst and the place didn’t feel clean at all and not what they show in the picture. I purchased a tour from there and paid $450 and have had no way to contact them as the bus just didn’t show up and I was in the middle of no where and got here to be told I can’t take my belongings with me to the tour. I have no way of contact with them and I have to go all the way back to hanoi from ha giang

Fue fantástica la estancia ( la relación calidad- precio inmejorable). El hotel está muy bien situado y el personal es muy amable. Tuvieron el detalle de guardarnos las maletas durante cinco días sin coste alguno, después de hacer el check out. Totalmente recomendable!!!

Chills place to stay..
Pros:

My 2nd time booking here, one of my fav in old quarters area. Love the :
- Friendly and helpful staff.
- Comfortable and clean bedrooms.
- The staff keep us updated via message.
- Simple but complete room needs.

Cons:

Overall they are good.
A little suggestions from me, maybe can put a traveller socket each room, so that easy for the foreigner to plug in their own charger, etc...
