Pros:

Ολα ήταν τέλεια.

Cons:

Τα φίλτρα απο το air conditioner που πότε και σε κανένα ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι καθαρά. Πάντα με το που μπαίνω σε δωμάτιο ανοίγω το μπροστινο καπάκι και βγάζω τα πλαστικά φίλτρα. Νερό με πίεση και καθαρίζουν πολυ εύκολα. Τοποθέτηση ξανά και τότε το βάζω σε λειτουργία. Τόσο απλά

L’hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel est très à l’écoute et attentionné

Cons:

L’hôtel pourrait bénéficier d’un petit rafraîchissement et certains équipements sont pas optimaux comme la Clim qui marchait pas très bien

Great location and helpful service.

Cons:

Rooms smaller than they look in photos. Had to pay full overnight price to keep room on for 4hrs despite hotel not being full. This policy could be reviewed we did the same elsewhere around Vietnam without paying for full day.

Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages sur place pour visiter le centre

Cons:

Nous avons lu beaucoup de commentaires disant que ce n etait pas un emplacement bruyant
A savoir que l on entend quand meme le bruit de la ville le matin
Mais c est normal en plein centre

Pros:

Everything I needed for a quick one-night stay

Cons:

No breakfast available - when I asked the staff member he just gave me a short “No”. Also they charged me extra for the bottle of water I took from the fridge in my room.

Fabulous will stay again
Pros:

The location …still part of the action but able to live with local people going about their daily lives …good coffee shops and I had a window and balcony for me this is important …good bed

Julie is the best
Pros:

The location is perfect right in the heart of the old quarter a 5 to 10 minute walk to Beer St and the the night markets both are must see experience's in Hanoi.
But the best thing about this place is Julie on the front desk she can organise anything for you at a great price she organised a phone credit recharge for me nearly half of what I paid at the airport and got me a cheap and convenient bus fare to Sapa ask her anything and she will help you
