Pros:

The bed was lovely and decor and the location was great.

Cons:

Considering the money paid expected something special. The shower had broken tap. When arrived the bathroom floor was wet. The coffee facilities poor with no milk or substitutes and difficult to fill as fixed in a dark cupboard.
Room was not soundproof as described as could hear people in hallway. Could see mould in the windows within middle of glass. Temperature controls difficult to control with no guides. Table had dust at the bottom, probably too dark for cleaning staff to properly check. Lack of space for clothes for storage. Never used mini bar but poor selection. Again I am basing this on price places as expected luxury all round. Sadly not somewhere I will choose to stay again.

Great location but better places to stay for less money
Pros:

Great location the bed was very comfortable excellent shower too

Cons:

I thought the room was small the pictures of the room where deceiving some of the handles on the bath where lose and taps on the sink too

Pros:

Really cool hotel, the rooftop bar was lovely. Milk and cookies in bed was a great touch. Staff were great and very helpful

Cons:

Beds and rooms are tiny. Also very very dark - wasnt good for doing make up and getting ready for dinner out etc. Very expensive for the size of the room.

Pros:

Loved the decor & Lighting, great location, reception staff super friendly. Down stairs bar staff really nice and welcoming/ accommodating. Couldn’t ask for anything more
