It was OK!
Pros:

The decor was super fun!

Cons:

While we normally LOVE House of Gods, we we’re incredibly disappointed with our previous stay.

The room was messy and unclean and we also were woken up in the middle of the night by loud banging which we were informed was because of an emergency situation with the police.

While the staff were nice and helpful, I likely wouldn’t stay again as I feel if you’ve done it once you don’t need to do it again.

A decadent and fun place to stay full of character and quirkiness
Pros:

Quirky and fun place to stay, different to bright boring non-fussy hotel rooms, it was great to be somewhere dark, with character, and quirky little rooms. Breakfast and drinks with a view from the roof garden! The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the little touches made it a fun part of the stay.

Cons:

Room sizes would be better if even a little larger, although the quirkiness was part of the charm.

Quirky and quant but met all of our normal hotel requirements.
Pros:

This was a night stay in Glasgow and the hotel was chosen due to its uniqueness. It was exactly as described and the 5th floor scenic bar was very nice in the afternoon sun when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well thought out and furnished. After the initial surprise we soon became aware that everything was well thought out and all our needs were met.

Cons:

We stayed in a cabin room which was described as small. Once we were over the shock of the size of the room when first entering we soon came to realise that it was functional and quant and although it was small the bed was very comfortable and the shower was also very good.
