Pros:

The location of the hotel was amazing. Walking distance from the center. Everything can be reached on foot.
The people at the stay were so kind and helpful.
The breakfast was small, but it was perfect for us.
We enjoyed our stay in Khiva very much.

Sehr sympathisches familiäres Hostel in idealer Lage
Pros:

We spent four nights at the Adam and Eve Hotel and felt very comfortable. Thanks to its excellent location on the edge of the old town, we were close to all the tourist highlights but far away from street noise and hustle and bustle. To top it all off, the owner's son even spent a night on the sofa to make sure we got a taxi on time for our departure. Incredibly kind!

Плесень на стенах в номерах на первом этаже и в лобби; вода в душе идёт рывками, то горячая, то холодная, с напором тоже самое.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, non si tratta di un vero hotel ma di una piccola struttura familiare con tutti i suoi vantaggi. La colazione, così come la tisana prima di andare a letto in terrazza con vista sulla città molto gradevoli.
Il personale accogliente. Il giovane ragazzo che gestisce la struttura è molto disponibile e professionale.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sicuramente da ritornare non vedo motivo di spendere molto di più nelle strutture vicine. Non manca nulla.

Понравилось, то что отель удобно расположен, а цена при этом приемлемая. Внутри очень чисто и уютно.

Cons:

То что из окна была видна жестокая крыша соседнего дома. Но это только из нашего номера) Мы не стали просить поменять.

Hotel all’interno delle mura, molto vicino alle attrazioni principali per quanto la città sia piccola e ogni angolo facilmente raggiungibile. L’accoglienza ottima, personale gentile e ottima colazione. Anche il trasferimento dall’aeroporto è stato efficiente. Non abbiamo sfruttato la bella terrazza per colazione perchè la mattina era ancora un po’ freddo

Pačiame senamiesčio viduje. TIK iš šio viešbučio terasos atsiveria nuostabus vaizdas į minaretą ir gaunasi puikios saulėtekio nuotraukos. Labai labai paslaugus ir puikiai kalbantis anglų, rusų kalbomis administratorius.

Yra kanalizacijos kvapas, bet tai problema visų senamiesčių.

Gorgeous location, fine small hotel. Very attentive staff who speak English. Good beds. Good breakfast. Lovely terrace to watch sunset.
