Mojo en el techo de la habitación y el baño. Tercera planta sin ascensor con escaleras incómodas. El baño era mucho más pequeño de lo que parecía en las imágenes

A room without a window (which came as a surprise—it wasn’t mentioned in the reservation, and the photos didn’t show it either). Doors, bathroom and electrical wiring poorly maintained.

Cons:

Unable to travel to Milan due to 3-day transportation strike in Italy. Asked if a refund was possible but they never responded. I understand if you have a no-refund with booking.com, but to not even have the decency to answer? Unbelievably RUDE. If the rest of their "service" is like this, I'll avoid in the future.

A basic hotel.
Pros:

It was only a pit stop for the Olympics so we really weren’t at the hotel for long each day, and there is a metro and train station outside.

Cons:

Very basic, with no facilities and very little nearby.

We didn’t bother with breakfast as the bar / reception area was not very inviting

It was overpriced but it was during the Olympics so we were taken advantage of.

Прекрасно местоположение - близо до метро, автобусна спирка, на 20 мин пеша от центъра. Наоколо има пицарии и ресторантчета.
Престоят ни в хотела беше приятен. Хареса ми, че стаята ни имаше излаз към вътрешния двор с масичка пред стаята и си пиех сутрин кафето там. Кафето в хотела е чудесно, както и навсякъде в Милано.

Cons:

В стаята ни нямаше консумативи като шампоан, а дозаторите за течен сапун бяха празни. Базата не е нова и луксозна, ако се търси от някого това, но е чисто в стаята, персоналът е приятен и разговорлив, а местоположението е топ.

Buon rapporto qualità e posizione
Pros:

Siamo state in questo hotel per un breve soggiorno e, pur essendo un 2 stelle, ci siamo trovate davvero bene. Non è una struttura moderna o particolarmente elegante, ma ha tutto quello che serve per chi si ferma uno o due giorni.

La posizione è ottima, comodissima per muoversi e raggiungere facilmente i vari punti della città. Le stanze sono semplici ma pulite e accoglienti.

Viaggiando con una bambina per noi era importante avere un posto pratico e tranquillo, e questo hotel ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze.

Lo consiglio a chi cerca una soluzione senza troppe pretese ma comoda e funzionale, dove sentirsi comunque a proprio agio.
