Pros:

Los chicos de recepción..pero los directores tanto isak como el otro super mal educados sin tato ninguno...trato nefasto no me fui como querian porque perdia mi reserva y dinero que era lo que querían desde el primer dia..asi más huésped que no aguantaron..y el hotel sin luz muchos dias y sin agua en muchas ocasiones y muchas horas mas de 8 horas sin luz.

Cons:

El trato y que dicen que aceptan mascotas y no aceptan ni a los perros de servicio. Y no te hacen limpieza ni cama ni sabanas en los 15 dias que estuve nefasto.Pero digieron que era asi que la limpieza era de cortesia y eso que te cobran a parte de lo que yo habia pagado sin ponerlo en el anuncio de booking. VIVA MÉXICO!!! ESTO SOLO PASA AQUI...NI AGUA NI LUZ...TUVE QUE DIRIGIRME INCLUSO A POLICÍA A DENUNCIAR..NO QUERIAN DEVOLVERME MI PASAPORTE Y LO RETUVIERON TODA LA ESTANCIA LO QUE NO ME DEJARON COJER TRASPORTE PUBLICO NI CAMBIO DE MONEDAS..YA QUE TE LO PIDEN CUANDO VAS A COGER UN BILLETE Y MAS TODA LA DOCUMENTACION DE LA "PERRA DE SERVICIO "NO MASCOTA.

Trató nefasto y no admiten mascotas .
Pros:

No permiten perro y lo pone en el anuncio yo viajo sola con " perro de servicio" en la terraza no te dejan estar y no permiten utilizar el serviciode piscina. Cocina y te tiene cocina rota..tengo las imágenes de todo..limpieza solo una vez en todos los dias de estuve.

Cons:

No me gusto para nada el trato..y que en realidad no admiten mascotas y menos un "perro de servicio " tengo todo las imágenes y los mensajes molestándome cada momento.

EL TAMAÑO DE LA HABITACIÓN Y TODO EL EQUIPAMIENTO QUE TIENE, INCLUSO UNA LAVASECADORA, COCINA COMPLETA, ETC. SUPERÓ MIS EXPECTATIVAS Y POR EL PRECIO, SUPER EL LUGAR, LO RECOMIENDO. SE ME OLVIDABA, LA PISCINA EN EL ROOF, ESTA SUPER.

Corroded Experience

Cons:

The air conditioner in the living wasn't operating and front desk representative couldn't help with operating it to cool the room off. The shower head was horribly corroded, therefore we couldn't take a shower upon arrival. Patio door didn't lock, so that posed a safety hazard.. We couldn't be accommodated with another room per the front desk rep. After being there for a couple hours, I informed the front desk that we would be cutting our 3 day stay short and relocating to another location more suitable for temporarily living. We left early the next morning and checked in at The Yukatan Resort. I informed them that I would be contacting my bank for a refund if they themselves couldn't do it in a timely manner.

Za cenu, kterou platíte dostanete více, než byste čekali.
Velmi přátelsky a nápomocný personál.
Bazén na střeše je skvělý. Je zde vždy vítr, takže je vám příjemně i v nesnesitelných vedrech.

Pros:

Muy bueno el alojamiento , la habitación muy amplia y muy bien equipada , muy bien la piscina y la limpieza del lugar.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado que realizaran la limpieza de la habitación a diario y pusieran toallas y jabones nuevos todos los días.

Emilio, el recepcionista, nos trató de una forma muy amable durante toda la estancia. Todo el alojamiento estaba muy limpio y la piscina era muy agradable.

Cons:

No había separación entre la cocina y la cama, lo cual era un poco incómodo

Cons:

Esperienza deludente. La camera era sporca sin dall’arrivo: cuscini e asciugamani macchiati, bagno invaso dalle formiche. Dopo aver chiesto un intervento, si sono limitati a buttare del prodotto lasciando un mucchio di insetti morti mai rimossi, nonostante le nostre richieste ripetute. Ci è stato detto che la pulizia veniva fatta solo ogni 5 giorni “facendo un’eccezione per noi”, ma di fatto nessuno è mai venuto. Gli asciugamani sostitutivi erano comunque ingialliti, per di più hanno lasciato impronte di scarpe nere ovunque. Struttura assolutamente poco curata e igiene inesistente.

Cons:

Las instalaciones necesitarían un mejor cuidado, el apartamento no es muy viejo pero está muy descuidado. Falta de mantenimiento.
Necesitarían renovar las toallas y que estuviesen más limpias.
En el garaje hace muchísimo calor.
