Las vistas a la laguna.

Cons:

El wifi no funcionaba y el agua caliente casi que tampoco, hizo un poco de frío y apetecía ducha confortable.Pero mereció la pena todo! Lo pongo como crítica constructiva, volveríamos sin duda!

Pros:

We stayed here as a couple and had an absolutely wonderful time. The place is beautiful, and the lagoon right in front of the hotel is simply breathtaking.

A special thank you goes to Manuel at the reception – he was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. He organized a jet ski experience for us and made sure we had everything we needed in our room whenever something was missing. His service really made a difference and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We truly loved our time here and would definitely come back again!

Habitación que no es habitación
Pros:

La ubicación por qué está justo frente al cenote esmeralda

Cons:

1. La atención del personal deja mucho que desear porque no te resuelven
2. La habitación que nos asignaron es la número 11, extremadamente pequeña, en realidad es un pasillo adaptado como habitación, no hay conexiones de luz es una extensión, el baño huele horrible, no tienes privacidad por qué justo está el paso de la escalera y las cortinas no tapan nada, no tiene ventilación por qué abres las persianas todos los que pasan te ven
3. Tiene un maleconcito con sillas y mesas pero si llegas tarde y ya hay gente no hay manera de compartir, además ponen su música a todos volumen y nadie les dice nada.
4. Había una plaga de hormigas y nadie me pudo ayudar

Leuke huisjes, die aan vervanging toe zijn op een mooie locatie, vanuit alle huisjes schuin zicht op de lagune.
Pros:

Het uitzicht over de lagune, huisjes zien er leuk uit. Leuk terrasje aan de voorkant. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om in het centrum van het dorp te komen.

Cons:

Huisjes zijn echt aan vervanging toe, overal gaten in de vloer, huisje stond scheef, wij hadden het achterste huisje aan de weg, dus enorm veel geluidsoverlast van de weg. Het personeel spreekt echt geen enkel woord Engels, dus inchecken ging met handen, voeten en veel Google translate.

Incredible views. You have your feet in the lagoon.

Cons:

The small tourist boats all come to the hotel’s dock for a few minutes to explain about the lagoon, so expect a lot of traffic in the water

Great, little piece of heaven, but can be noisy during the night (pending on the neighbours ;))
Pros:

The location and the people. You are right at the waterfront of the lagoon. A beautiful dock is just there to jump in the clear waters first thing in the morning or whenever you want! You have free kayaks which is nice. There were no bikes, so be aware that you need a taxi to get to town (or rent a bike, or scooter, like we did!) it’s a great place to stay when you come to Bacalar!

Cons:

Be aware that rooms are huts, made of out of wooden planks only, making it so that you hear everything! So it’s not the quietest :)

J’avais hâte de changer d’hôtel
Pros:

La baie est très jolie et les kayak mis à disposition

Cons:

La proximité avec la route, beaucoup de bruit pas de visibilité sur la lagune uniquement sur un mur blanc, si on prend un bungalow jardin et toutes les 10 minutes des bateaux de touriste pour faire visiter la source qui se trouve à côté du ponton de l’hôtel donc très bruyant
