Privacidad y comodidad con una excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Es una buena ubicación, rodeada de clubes de playa espectaculares. Las cabañas ofrecen privacidad y un espacio cómodo para el equipaje, puntos adicionales por el minibar y amenidades.

Cons:

Me parece un desatino que no tengan restaurante o servicio de alimentos ni bebidas, aunque hay tienda y restaurante cerca, un puntito menos por el aire acondicionado que no funcionaba del todo.

De host die ons 's avonds welkom hete was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De gelegenheid om 't zonnen en het meer op te gaan is uitstekend.

Cons:

De faciliteiten in onze lodge vielen ons vies tegen. Enkel een koelkastje en een koffiezetapparaatje. Twee cupjes Dolce Gusto en twee flesjes water per dag is wel erg zuinig. De fietsen waarmee werd geadverteerd waren niet aanwezig en 4 kano's waarvan slechts 2 gebruikt konden worden is wel heel erg mager. Je kan zo overigens beter omschrijven als een hardplastic banaan waarvan de mijne ook nog eens halverwege vol water liep. Best wel gevaarlijk. We zijn een dag eerder weggegaan.

Me encanto la vista y el acceso a la Laguna. Las cabañas muy lindas y el personal amable. Volvería teniendo algunas cosas en cuenta

Cons:

No había desayuno ni opcion de comprar nada para tomar/comer. El wifi se iba y volvía y para trabajar no es comodo ya que tampoco hay un espacio común para trabajar mientras esperas que te den la habitación. El acceso al agua es lindo pero un poco peligroso ya que las pierdas resbalan. El último día habia otros huespedes del hotel en el area de acceso al agua con musica fuerte, borrachos y el personal del hotel no quiso decirles que bajen la o quiten la musica.

J'ai aimé...avoir la possibilité d'utiliser un kayak

J'ai beaucoup moins aimé être dans une cabane à côté de la route, ou en plus des bruits de la route se rajoutent les bruits des employés qui chaque matin se réunissent à une table collée à la salle de bain. Avec l'épaisseur des murs (des planches), c'est simple c'est comme si les employés discutent dans la chambre. On a ainsi pu découvrir leurs commentaires intéressants sur les couples et les trios...

On a aussi réservé la veille le tour en bateau, le jour même à l'heure dite on rappelle qu'on doit partir en tour au monsieur de l'accueil. Il avait tout simplement oublié, après nous avoir dit combien c'était important de réserver en avance blabla...il a finalement pu nous avoir un tour 30min plus tard. M'enfin c'est pas pro.

Je reviendrai jamais. Il y a tellement d'hôtels à Bacalar, pas besoin de s'infliger ça

Sehr rustikal. Bisschen abgewohnt. Am Steg ist leider viel Verkehr weil dauernd Touristen-Boote wegen einer Quelle dort anhalten. 5 m vom Steg.

Boek dit niet!
Pros:

Zat aan de lagoon, uitzicht was prachtig.

Cons:

Houten hutje is erg primitief en aan vervanging toe, bij ons ging de deur niet dicht en de volgende dag werd het pas opgelost. Staat bij dat er fietsen zijn die je kunt pakken maar deze zijn niet aanwezig! Ook de kajakken waar van er 4 zijn zijn er maar 3 bruikbaar en mag je maar max 2u gebruiken. Ligbedjes op de foto's aan de lagoon waren er ook niet. Ook hebben we 2,5u zonder stromend water gezeten niemand die het even komt melden. Wanneer je er zelf naar vraagt krijg je als antwoord 10 minuten. Niemand praat engels, spreken alleen maar Spaans wat erg lastig communiceren is. Zou dit verblijf zeker niet aanbevelen!!!!

Die Lage vom Hotel

Cons:

Die lange Wartezeit bis wir endlich das Zimmer übergeben bekommen haben.Das ständige Fragen wann wir das Hotel verlassen und der Hinweis wenn wir nicht Punkt 12 Uhr das Zimmer verlassen müssen wir 200 Pesos drauf zahlen, kamen aber erst 20 Minuten später in unser Zimmer. Wir waren fünfmal in dieser Unterkunft was uns immer gut gefallen hat aber jetzt das Letztemal war leider nicht mehr so nice , was ich sehr Schade finde.

Für 2 Nächte okay - aber laut, dunkel und für einen weiteren Besuch zu weit weg von allem
Pros:

Die Lage ist der Hauptfaktor, warum wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden haben. Die Bungalows liegen direkt an der Lagune und durch eine Treppe, hat jeder Hotelgast direkten Zugang zur Lagune und kann schwimmen gehen.

Cons:

Wir haben beim Einchecken ungefähr 15 Minuten warten müssen - wir wussten alle nicht worauf. (Check-In war ab 15 Uhr möglich und es war ca. 15:30). Mein Mann und ich hatten Bungalow Nr. 6 und unsere Freunde Nr. 9. Beide Bungalows hatten Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung und wir mussten nach fast JEDEM! Toilettengang die Toilette selber zum Laufen bringen. Der Holzboden knirscht sehr laut, sodass der Partner nachts aufgeweckt wird, wenn man zur Toilette geht. Im Badezimmer ist es viel zu dunkel. Man konnte sich im Spiegel kaum sehen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit Sachen abzulegen oder Handtücher aufzuhängen (obwohl hinter der Tür reichlich Platz für ein Regal gewesen wäre).
In den Bungalows gibt es Kaffeemaschinen, aber die Cups, der Zucker und das Wasser kommen erst gegen 11Uhr morgens - nur blöd, wenn man um 8 oder 9 seinen Kaffee trinken möchte.
Die großen Eingangstüren haben innen keine Türgriffe, sodass wir jedes mal - wenn wir raus gehen wollten, uns irgendwie durchboxen mussten. Unten am Steg gibt es zwar ein schwaches Licht, um abends dort zu sitzen. Aber die Treppe zum Steg ist gar nicht beleuchtet. WICHTIG: Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte sich besser nach einer anderen Unterkunft umschauen - die Straße hinten den Bungalows wird bis 3/4 Uhr nachts regelmäßig als Heizstrecke benutzt, daher ist es öfters sehr laut.

Tranquility in Bacalar
Pros:

It is located on top of a Cenote and you can go freely and swim. They also give you kayaks for free. They are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed our stay

It is quite far from the center, but if you have a car, that won’t be a problem
