Pros:

Nicht viel. Die Sicht übet die Cenote und der Lagune ist schon schön, aber das war es auch.

Cons:

Die Family-Unterkunft war reine Abzocke. Nichts gemütliches, schmudelig, vieles defekt und kein Interesse daran etwas zu ändern. Sehr entäuschend!
Falls ihr was sucht zum entspannen, ist dies sicher kein passender Ort

El trato es muy amable. Nos atendieron muy bien. La habitación es muy cómoda. Muy bonita habitación la que nos tocó.. hay una mejor pero estaba reservada. Nos gustó mucho. Muy tranquilo y las áreas comunes están muy bonitas. Claro regresaremos

Cabañas hermosas, acceso a la laguna difícil
Pros:

Cabañas de madera hermosas y extremadamente limpias. Aire acondicionado nuevo, enfrió muy bien la habitación. El agua caliente en regadera y lavamanos, muy bien.

Cons:

Extremadamente difícil meterse a la laguna. Hay que bajar una escalera larga y empinada para llegar al borde de la laguna, y para entrar al agua, hay que pisar unos escalones babosos llenos de lama que resbalan horriblemente. En nuestro grupo solamente un par de personas pudimos meternos a la laguna, la verdad los escalones son un peligro de muerte. En resumen: si no eres un gran nadador y muy ágil y cuidadoso, este lugar no es para ti. Si eres un anciano o tienes sobrepeso, este lugar no es para ti. Y si no sabes nadar, ni se te ocurra!

Pros:

De accommodatie ligt vlak aan de lagune en heeft een overdekt en enkele kleinere niet overdekte terrasje waar je gezellig kan zonnen. Je kan vanaf het terras en de steiger zo het water in springen. Er zijn gratis kano's ter beschikking waar je de lagune mee kunt overvaren. Er is een kleine koelkast op het overdekt terras waar je je drankjes in kan bewaren tijdens het zonnen.

Cons:

De bungalows zijn zeer basic ingericht en de twee die wij huurden, konden zelfs niet op slot. Naast een donker badkamertje, een bed, een klein kledingrek en één nachtkastje, is er een klein koelkastje en een koffiezetapparaat aanwezig. Het personeel is weinig proactief. We moesten zelf elke dag gaan vragen om het water (2 flesjes) en de koffie (2 capsules) aan te vullen. Ook de koffiekoppen werden pas op herhaaldelijke vraag ververst (we hebben geen koppen meer, was vaak het antwoord). De bungalows worden gepromoot als zijnde met zicht op de lagune, maar dar gold alvast niet voor de onze. Eens de duisternis intrad, was het licht in onze bungalow zelfs niet voldoende om een boek te kunnen lezen. Gelukkig hadden we zaklantaarns bij.

La posizione direttamente sul lago (una delle parti piu belle con il cenote esmeralda sottostante) con accesso privato, il servizio gratuito di canoa, tavolo e frigorifero a disposizione comune su piattaforme direttamente sul lago disponbilita degli addetti

Assenza di un punto di ristoro interno, impossibilità a fare colazione. Poltrone su terrazzino poco comode

Pros:

La posizione è spettacolare. E' a circa 3 km dal centro quindi serve un mezzo per raggiungere luoghi per mangiare o supermercati. Ma per il relax e per godersi la laguna è perfetta: dall'area delle cabanas si scende direttamente alla laguna dove ci sono sedie e sdraio e addirittura un piccolo frigo! Ci sono solo 2 kayak a disposizione, ma con un po' di organizzazione (e ricordandolo allo staff) si possono usare. Si può parcheggiare sulla strada di fronte alla struttura.

Cons:

Le cabanas sono grandi e spaziose ma un po' buie e hanno pochissimi punti di appoggio, in bagno nemmeno un gancio per gli asciugamani. E' tutto abbastanza ben tenuto ma si perdono in qualche piccolo dettaglio.

La cercanía a la laguna y la tranquilidad

Cons:

Esa cercanía sin embargo, no era muy cómoda.
No tiene una pasarela hacia el agua como vimos que tenían los de alrededor. El acceso al agua no es especialmente fácil, a los kayaks tampoco, todo resbala mucho y el riesgo de golpearse es alto.
Sabíamos que eran cabañas, pero tienen muy poco aislamiento, el ruido y el calor entran fácil, y las puertas y ventanas no cierran del todo.
La luz es escasa (en el baño, más) y el agua de la ducha también, si tienes pelo abundante que lavar, tardarás el doble en aclararte.
El personal no era muy acogedor tampoco (salvo el chico más joven) al hacer el check in teníamos que sacarle la información al señor con sacacorchos.

Lugar excepcional
Pros:

El hotel esta situado en primera línea, cosa que nos resultó importante en Bacalar, y cuenta con una buena zona para disfrutar de la laguna, bañarte, tomar el sol. Es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo. Solo por eso vale la pena.
La habitación es bastante cómoda, hemos descansado bien, a pesar de que a veces se oía el ruido de otras cabañas.
El personal ha sido amable y nos han ayudado con nuestras peticiones.

Cons:

Únicamente nos faltó un bar.
Es cierto que está alejado del pueblo pero nos movimos en taxi.

The room needed a serious refreshment, I did not allowed my kids to sleep upstairs because the windows were sealed with a plastic bag (no windows), the stairs to go upstairs were sooo unstable, the rest of the windows were in a pretty bad state too… we got the biggest but the oldest room
