Cons:

Pedi a recepção um travesseiro a mais eles não queriam disponibilizar, pois falaram que era a conta do hotel. Dps de muito custo e reclamação levaram um travesseiro utilizado. As toalhas também estavam com algumas marcas de sujeiras. O atendente que recepcionou foi super grosso não deu nenhuma informação. Já o que da saída foi super educado e prestativo
