Pros:

Chegamos ao hotel ao Castelinho tocamos o interfone ninguém nos atendeu apareceu alguém dentro do do da parte interna desligou o interfone não veio nem atender no portão e simplesmente desligou o interfone e voltou para dentro horrível horrível mesmo o atendimento nesse hotel

L’emplacement, le petit déjeuner et la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Il faut payer 80 reais pour un early check in même si la chambre est déjà prête.
Il y a eu du bruit jusqu’à 23h dans les espaces communs, avec de la musique très forte qui résonnait dans tout l’établissement. Pas idéal si l’objectif est le calme et le repos.

Las puertas y ventanas no tienen vidrios por eso de noche se escuchan los ruidos y las charlas. Hay mascotas en el desayuno, gato sobre la comida.

Nice location, beautiful old building, very friendly staff. Simple but good breakfast. Safe neighborhood, some nice restaurants closeby. Neighborhood is quite and cozy.

Cons:

All rooms face the courtyard. Since doors and windows are made of a thing wood structure, it can be a bit noisy during daytime. Nevertheless, at night time it is usually quite. Rooms are small and simple but clean.

Decepcionante
Pros:

O chuveiro era bom, os funcionários simpáticos.

Cons:

Uma questão que não estava descrita no anúncio, é que o local se caracteriza mais como um Hostel(do que uma pousada), com cozinha e geladeira coletivas. Durante todas as noites grupos colocavam música e conversavam alto, solicitamos a pousada intervir, pois já era madrugada, mas ninguém interveio, nós que tínhamos que pedir para colaborarem. As portas e janelas eram de veneziana, o que fazia com que não houvesse nenhum bloqueio de ruído. Pessoas paravam em frente ao nosso quarto para fumar e também tivemos que pedir para sair, causando mais um desgaste. (Obs: As janelas também ficam direcionadas ao corredor, onde era impossível abrir, devido a falta de privacidade), fomos em dias com temperatura amena, mas para quem for no calor, vai ficar complicado, pois só tem o ventilador. Toalhas e lençóis manchados, com aparência desagradável, não tem toalha de rosto e piso. Não tinha nem uma mantinha no quarto, mesmo estando friozinho. O café da manhã, todo dia a mesma coisa, somente pão de forma, presunto, queijo e melão( que estávamos azedo), no último dia, quem foi tomar café depois de 09:20, ficou sem, pois acabou tudo! Ifood não atende o local, pedimos lanche de dois locais diferentes, o lanche ficava pronto, mas os motoboy não aceitavam a corrida( segundo os restaurantes), Uber também é complicado, algumas vezes tivemos que pegar táxi, o que tornava o valor da corrida uma surpresa!Enfim, se eu soubesse dessas informações antes, não teria me hospedado no local.

Not a fancy stay, but one you will remember as a highlight of your trip.
Pros:

The staff were amazing.
They were really helpful and kind with us.

Location wise it was great, even though it is a bit of the beaten track.
Santa Teresa is a fantastic neighbourhood with a great atmosphere and friendly people.
It was fairly easy to get around the city(altough we took a lot of taxis) but the tram was also an option.

On the second floor of the building down by the corner you can view Christ the redeemer, which was a nice surprise.
