a 10+ stay. beautiful and quiet riad in the middle of the Medina. Very best breakfast - enjoy it on the roof terrace if the weather is good.

Buen Riad en la Medina y además tranquilo. Cuesta un poco de encontrar pero esta cerca de la Plaza Jemaa el Fna. El personal muy amable. Y las instalaciones buenas.
Everything was great
The staff was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean.
To be honest everything was great.
The building has been beautifully restored and the person on site was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ample. During most of our stay, we were the only people there - great if you like quiet (but not if you're looking for a hotel with a more lively atmosphere).
It's quite misleading to advertise the rooms as "suites" with a balcony. Our room was comfortable, but, in addition to the bed, had simply a desk and a chair, and if you're on the upper floor there's a narrow gallery that runs round the edge of the inner courtyard to connect all the rooms. The booking team was very reactive and helpful, but they're based in Switzerland and we never even met Amal of the local hospitality team, just exchanged messages with her. She arranged a transfer for us from the main train station to the hotel and again at the end of our stay from the hotel. In both cases, the driver or porter was 25 minutes late, which was extremely inconvenient. In recognition, she did refund the 20 euro cost of the transfer from the station. Moreover, you're really obligated to book the transfer through the hotel as the last part of the trip has to be done on foot and it would be impossible to find it yourself without being guided there first, given the labyrinthine nature of the medina and the absence of any sign whatsoever marking the hotel at the bottom of an alley next to an empty lot.
La atención por parte del personal del hotel fue excelente, siempre estaban atentos para que estuviéramos cómodos.
El hotel es precioso, está ubicado en la medina y cuenta con muchos detalles. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y son cómodas. Además, todas las mañanas nos servían un desayuno muy rico.
Sin duda es un hotel que recomendaremos.

all like in the posters, the photos are representing exactly what you see, nothing worse. if anything- the terase is even better.
extremely clean. good food- breakfast included but you can order lunch and /or dinner- and the portions are more than generous. you can save the leftovers for the following day- as i say- the portions can cover even 3 days..
we have not had the greatest amount of information about the services available, such as dinner at the property. prices are dhm and euros but we had to be firm in having change to euros in euros.
AC not working and therefore wet and very very cold. close to unacceptable. the breakfast is in the interior garden and it was freezing- we went in january, yes, but i dis not expect to have breakfast at 10degrees. not cheap and probably overpriced for the whole thing… but is was very very cold
the room was beautiful but it would nice to have some privacy between the bedroom and bathroom/shower.
Un Riad au cœur de la médina, tout était parfait. Les chambres étaient bien équipées. Le personnel était adorable. Le rooftop était un plus pour voir le feu d’artifice du 31/12.
