Cons:

Le réceptionniste et l’ascenseur en panne sans aucune aide alors que l on était bloqué ( 6 personnes dont deux âgées ) réceptionniste moqueur sans empathie et sarcastique! . Aucune réaction avec les alarmes !

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel: Das Personal, das Ambiente im Hotel und im Zimmer, die Wellnessanlage, das Frühstück und auch das Nachtessen im Restaurant einfach top. Und wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass das Hotel so kinderfreundlich ist.

Cons:

Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war, dass wir in der Nacht die Züge gut hören konnten. Wir hatten allerdings die Fenster offen, weil es sehr warme Sommertage waren. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern hörten wir die Züge nur minimal.

Zajtrk je bil zelo dober, edina manjša pripomba, ki jo imam je, da v ponudni ni jajc na oko ali ham and eggs. To je v hotelih običajno, zato priporočam, da uvedete pri zajtrku tudi to. Sicer vse odlično.

Tolles Hotel an super Lage im Grünen.
Pros:

Es hat uns auch dieses mal sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr fein sowie auch das Abendessen. Wir hatten das Zimmer Superior Doppelzimmer Nord. Das Zimmer war gross und modern eingerichtet. Speziell ist die Toilette sowie die Dusche sind je separat und auch die beiden Lavabo's auf der anderen Seite des Zimmers. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Warunki pobytu bdb, czysto, miło, przyjemnie, komfortowo, super śniadania z pysznymi serami i super basen z sauną na dachu 👌

Cons:

Trochę pociągi przeszkadzają, przejeżdżając 10m od okien, ale nie wszystkie pokoje mają okna na pociąg

Grosses Zimmer. Feiner Spa-Bereich. Gutes Essen. Hilfsbereit. Gute ÖV Anbindung.

Cons:

Eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre noch super und die Ausstattung der eigentlich super Küche läst zu wünschen übrig.
