Der Wellnessbereich inklusive des Whirlpools auf dem Dach :-) Hier fand ich auch super, dass die Saunatücher mal lang genug waren um
ausgestreckt liegen zu können.

Fast alle Servicemitarbeiter, die wir erlebt haben, waren wirklich super topp! :-) Und die Speisen mittags sowie abends von der Speisekarte waren extrem schmackhaft. Mittag und abends hatten wir im Restaurant ausnahmslos einen wunderbaren, erstaunlich schnellen und sehr herzlichen, sympathischen Service.

Der Spieletisch im EG ist super!
Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer.
Die Kinderfreundlichkeit.

Die Lage in der Natur direkt beim
Wald und der Langlauf-Loipe.

Genug kostenlose Parkplätze, Tankstelle gegenüber und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider relativ sparsam bestückt. Es gab nur hartgekochte Eier oder rohe Eier, die man in einer Maschine selbst kochen konnte. Es sind keine Spiegeleier, Pancakes oder sonstige Eierspeisen inklusive. Das muss man wissen. Ich habe diese dann extra geordert und bezahlt.
Der Krug mit stillem Wasser war leider auch oft leer und wurde die letzte 1/2 Std vor Ende der Frühstückszeit nicht mehr gefüllt, obwohl ich darauf hingewiesen hatte heute (11.2.) am Morgen bei der zuständigen Dame.

Ich persönlich hätte es noch toll gefunden wenn Frühstück nicht schon um 10:00 h geendet hätte, da ich es morgens gern langsam angehe in den Ferien.

Ci e piaciuto molto l’hotel in generale, tutto il personale molto cordiale. Buono anche il ristorante e la colazione.
Pros:

Camera ( suite famigliare) moderna e spaziosa

Cons:

Peccato che il gabinetto sia in un locale al lato opposto della zona bagno ( lavandini), da una parte da privacy ma dall’altra bisogna fare il giro della camera per poi lavarsi le mani ;-)

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch sowie auch das Restaurant.

Cons:

Das man als Hotelgst das Restaurant zusätzlich buchen muss. Wenn man nicht schnell genug ist, hat man keinen Tisch, was schade ist umd je nach dem auch umständlich ist um eine Alternative zu finden. (Es war der Spengler Cup und extrem viel los in Davos)
