Great value for money. Superb restaurant in the lower floor

The air conditioning was inefficient which made my sleep very uncomfortable.

It was smell bad.

Fantastic service! All were very courteous, knowledgeable and impeccably dressed. Room service was lightning fast! There was a good assortment of food and it was delicious and fresh. Usually, when I order room service in India many things are not available but that was NOT an issue here. Outstanding rooftop pool area! Plenty of lounge space; showers and changing rooms; and, the pool itself was wonderfully clean! Full 360 view of the city from the roof. Room and all areas were perfectly clean! I could not find a speck of dirt nor one whiff of odor. Again, horrible smells in other hotels but not at this one. The only problem I had was not allowing my visitor to the pool or restaurant. There's is micromanaging of visitors however. I did not appreciate that. As long as I am responsible for my visitor, no laws are broken, the visitor does not overstay, and no other guests are disturbed, I do not feel it's a hotel's business. There should be more of an effort to tell foreigns this policy. Guests should know in advance. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. I'd like to give extra thanks to the day and night OP managers for their extra courtesy!

A great hotel that was good value and in a good location. Near the airport but also in the heart of Andheri so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Proximity to the motorway was a concern but inside it was like an oasis - zero noise. Roof top terrace and pool was a bonus.

Outstanding value-for-money modern hotel near the airport. Very practical; rooftop seating and pool. Super buffet breakfast.

Very nice hotel, staff are very attentive, buffet breakfast is very good. Prices for food might be a bit pricey but some good choices to go with. Overall if you want something nice but isn’t too crazy expensive go here.

The hotel was dirty, most things were broken and the service was lacking basic friendliness. Would not recommend

内装もかわいくスタイリッシュ。部屋の冷蔵庫に冷たい飲み物があったり、スナックも置いてくれて、嬉しいサービスです☆
足りないものがあればチャットで頼めるのも便利！また、テレビがちゃんとチャンネル設定されていて、Netflixもprime videoもすぐに見れ、映画を見ながらくつろぐことができました！朝食ブッフェも洗練されていて大満足です。
空港から車で5分程度なので、最終日はチェックアウト時間ギリギリまで部屋でゆっくりしてから空港に向かいました。本当におすすめできるホテルです！

The reception and dining staff were outstanding— we reserved the hotel twice during our stay and the reception stored our luggage during the time we made an internal trip to another city in India, The dining is available 24/7 and the food was excellent. Ashish Shende is the Food and Beverage Manager at Bloom Hub and he was amazing. His supervision of the dining staff was par excellence and we looked forward to breakfast each morning. Ashish went above the call of duty and helped us when we mislaid one of our valuables at the hotel. We highly recommend Bloom Hub1 in Andheri East.

Whenever we use the bathroom the bright light would enter the bedroom and causes inconvenience to the person lying down. The bathroom glass should either have blinds or darker glass so the light cannot escape to the bedroom. Besides this all other aspects were good. Thanks!
