GRATA SURPRESA
Pros:

Gostei de tudo.
Excelente localização. Lugar limpo e confortável.
Banheiro espaçoso. Fácil comunicação com o responsável. Simples e charmoso. Bom custo/benefício.
Volto, indico e recomendo!!!

Cons:

Não considero não gostar. Mas se tivesse café da manhã, seria tuuudooo!!! Embora tenha uma padaria no térreo do prédio. Isso não foi um problema.
Só questão de comodidade mesmo.
