Güzel ve Harika Geçirilmiş Bir Tatil
Pros:

Sahipleri bizi ilk olarak çok sıcak karşıladılar odalar ve otel olarak çok temiz ve nezih insanlar tercih ediyor. Odamıza çıktığımızda güzel sevecen kaliteli ve temiz bir odayla karşılaştık hiç bir konuda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Bir daha Sapanca'ya gittiğimizde burada konaklamayı tercih edeceğiz. Serpme kahvaltısı çok kaliteliydi. Sahiplerine çok teşekkür ederiz

Otele ulaştık, Banu hanım çok nazik karşıladı bizi.
Otel de sadece biz vardık. Geceleyip yolumuza devam edecektik. Kahvaltı saati olarak Personeli

Ortam huzurlu, temiz, sakin ve güvenli. Banu Hanım son derece güler yüzlü ve her anınızda size yardımcı. Gelen misafirler de ona göre olunca son derece hoş bir dinlenme alanı oluşuyor. Oldukça memnun kaldığımız gibi yeniden görüşmek de isteriz.

Place was confortable and clean. Rooms are very nice, also Breakfast was quite good, for a holiday hotel is perfect. However we had a couple of issues:

When we arrived they told us that we could only stay 1 night even we had received a confirmation for 7 nights because they had some private parties the next 2 days. They said that in Turkey pages like Hotels.com dont work properly and they could not inform us in advance. Fortunaly they were able to sort it out and we stayed there the whole week (2 days without access to the pool area though).
We also had some issues to get correct invoices to submit to our company (as it was a business trip).
