Not what we book.
Pros:

I book a room with sea view. When I got there the from manager told me the my room was already been taken for someone else and she give me a different room. I call the property before getting there and she didn't mention anything to me . I don't understand how I can book something and is been given to someone else. I told her the that wasn't right . She was rude . She told me if I call or complain to booking they will be penalty for them. I was not happy with the whole deal. Food was mediocre and most of the employees were rude not friendly it all. Not a good experience. They give us what they want no what we book. Really unprofessional.

The manager and most of the employees were not friendly.

Great stay and nice beach for family
Pros:

Nice, modern looking hotel for the area. Right on the beach with nice views. The food was decent and the stay was great for the family.

Cons:

Service is slow, reception staff are not very friendly. I didn't like that they wanted to charge me to change a wet towel, but in the end gave me a new towel no charge. No hot water here, but warm enough for me.

Cons:

I did not like that I was not able to watch TV. The employees stated that their cable service was not working. I love to watch tv when I travel. I love watching their local tv shows, news but at this hotel, I did not have that opportunity. If the cable service does not work at least their local tv channels should be working.

Buena ubicación, la mayoría del personal muy amable, estacionamiento techado, cama cómoda y grande.

Cons:

El ruido es muy alto, música del bar/restaurante en el día y huéspedes con parlantes y ruido alto en la noche. El desayuno no vale la pena, pan de caja directo de la bolsa, frijoles fríos, huevo crudo (me enfermé), precios MUY altos en el restaurante. El aire acondicionado tenía algo sucio goteando, cuesta que abran el portón por la noche si ya no está el staff de recepción. Falta refrigeradora y mesa de noche, algo donde colgar toalla, lámpara o luz más tenue

Nice hotel, friendly staff, and easiest access to the beach you could ever want!
Pros:

The hotel was nice, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and access to the beach could not have been easier/more perfect! You literally just walk down the short ramp at the back of the hotel and you are walking on the silky sand beach. Incredible!

Cons:

The king-size bed was extremely firm (I've never slept on a mattress that firm before, ever!), but we did sleep fairly well on it.
The rooms were nice, but I would have really liked to have a bench or at least a folding stand to put the suitcase on. A small desk with a rolling desk chair would have been nice, too.
