La limpieza y el personal excelentes, el estacionamiento tambien

Cons:

No tuvimos WiFi toda la estadía, había mala comunicación con el personal pues no atienden el teléfono, en la habitación estaba un teléfono guardado en la gaveta y no había donde conectarlo para llamar a recepción, hubo un evento musical y bo se nos informó, no pudimos descansar todo el día porque el ruido era insoportable a pesar de estar en el tercer nivel se escuchaba estruendoso y molesto
Poca seguridad pues esta abierto al público desde el lado de la playa y dado que está a la par de las ramadas cualquier persona se puede meter, incluso había muchos borrachos al salir a la playa y acosadores, mala experiencia si buscas un lugar para descansar

No dan prioridad a los clientes de la aplicación de Booking, le dan prioridad a los clientes que pagan un adelanto, desc

De hecho no me hospedé porque el de la recepción dijo que daban prioridad a otros clientes y no a los de Booking.

Cons:

En lugar no fueron sinceros al decir que había sobre pasado la cantidad de clientes y me acerqué tres veces a preguntar a qué horas me darían mi habitación, decían 45 min. Al final fue absurdo porque daban habitaciones a otros clientes y a mí porque lo reservé por medio de esta aplicación entendí que no era prioridad.

Instalaciones bonitas, personal agradable y el desayuno que incluía fue bastante rico e incluia bastantes cosas(el mejor desayuno incluido que he probado en hoteles)

Cons:

El wifi no servia, no cargo nunca en el celular la conexion y en la tv netfilx se tardaba un monton en cargar, El menú del restaurante con precios demasiado altos(no todos los visitantes somos del extranjero)

Not what we book.
Pros:

I book a room with sea view. When I got there the from manager told me the my room was already been taken for someone else and she give me a different room. I call the property before getting there and she didn't mention anything to me . I don't understand how I can book something and is been given to someone else. I told her the that wasn't right . She was rude . She told me if I call or complain to booking they will be penalty for them. I was not happy with the whole deal. Food was mediocre and most of the employees were rude not friendly it all. Not a good experience. They give us what they want no what we book. Really unprofessional.

The manager and most of the employees were not friendly.
